Auto payments, forms and email routing options. Having a central repository and reporting. I wish accounting was more robust to eliminate additional book keeper / cos firm costs. I believe it’s likely a verypowerful resource being under used by myself & HOA staff. More insight into capabilities is needed.

Outstanding. PayHOA worked with us during the trial period and have been very helpful with any issues.

Pros

I am the VP of our HOA. The Board was very unhappy with the three previous management companies so we decided to go 'self-managed'. We reviewed several products and PayHOA came out on top in all categories. Their YouTube channel is very good. Any question/concern with the software has been addressed in a timely manner. We will be meeting the boards from two adjacent HOA's and discuss our moving to self-managed and why we chose PayHOA.

Cons

The lack of being able to export data for our own reporting. The positive side is PayHOA accepted the enhancement request.

We are still navigating through the Platform but overall our experience so far with the payHOA platform has been very positive and I can certainly say it meets most of the expectations of our Small HOA Community

Pros

Platform is easy to use, Excellent Technical Support, Efficient HOA Platform for a small (45 homes in our community) Self managed Community, good value of money based on the features provided by the payHOA Software Platform

Cons

Certain Available Features are hard to find- example creating a template for Violation, had to navigate through the Software to figure out on how to create a Template, Voting Ballot Description Text box should have formatting capabilities, finding calendar (Events) is not very intuitive, needs to be the one of the easily available option on the left side bar, I don't seem to see an electronic payment option to the HOA Vendor, wish there was one, if there is one I am not able to find it

We are very pleased with the aspects of PayHOA we have used & are looking forward to using more. We joined on March 1st, 2026.

Pros

PayHOA has been more than my association could hope for. Their services have saved us money & gives us so many options to add. Our \[sensitive content hidden\] find it easy to join & our board appreciates having access to all parts of the platform.

Cons

In a recent resale it seems disclosure info didn't get where it needed to or the realtors ignored the HomeWise docs. We still haven't received the signed acknowledgement from the buyer. The closing was May 29th.

It’s been wonderful for our HOA. We never had a way to keep track of what the board did before we started using PayHOA.

Pros

Invoicing for our HOA was not all in one place before we used PayHOA. We relied on our memories. That’s not the way to do it.

Cons

I am older so it’s not as intuitive for me. Finding my way around the system has been a bit of a challenge.

It have been a positive experience for the board as well as a money saver for all our members. Dumping our management company and going to self management with PayHOA is probably the best decision the board could have made. As a long time board member I can strongly recommend PayHoa.

Pros

More control for the management of our hoa while saving valuable dollars. The software program is easy and intuitive for the board members as well as the owners.

Cons

There is a learning curve and more work for board members over our previous management company. The conversion from our management company did take some time and effort.

It has been a welcomed change for myself being an administrator of the portal. We’re still working through transitions of the senior population residents

Pros

Simplifies the burden of paper invoices, manual accounting, cashing checks and physical bank deposits.

Cons

Getting residents to transition to the electronic payment system. Most of the residents are senior citizens and are adverse to electronic systems and technology.

Despite some normal hiccups when working with software the staff is always available and able to assist with a resolution.

Pros

The software has all the features a small independent HOA manager needs to run multiple HOA’s efficiently.

Cons

There have been several bank syncing issues and other glitches. Though it was in combination with stripe.
