Customer service is really good, it was easy to implement. Very good product. Very affordable - I like that you can add on what you want and not have to pay for things you don't use.

Pros

We migrated from QBO to and the product is so much easier to use for HOA's. Invoicing is a breeze, having the ability to see when a homeowner opens and reads your statements is really nice, so is the automatic fee assessments.

Cons

Banks reconciliations are really easy until you have to transfer funds between accounts. That's kind of confusing.

My overall experience has been excellent.

Pros

The online management system is pretty easy to figure out and the support for questions is awesome. If the bot doesn’t answer my question, I can send the question to the staff. Response time varies from an hour to a day. I have always been satisfied with the help I receive.

Cons

Uploading documents: if you want to have a document stored in more than one place in the system, you have to do it individually each time. Also, only one document at a time can be uploaded. Storing correspondence with vendors: at this time there is no way to do this but to upload a picture of the email into the vendor’s file. It would be nice to have a communications thread with vendors similar to that of homeowners.

I have been using for 3 years now. It is a good product but can be so much better.

Pros

Their response time for issues. Ease to add someone and change owners of properties.

Cons

The reporting and accounting functions are not good. You can tell that accounting personnel did not have much say in the design.

less than mediocre experience, was expecting support from person who contacted us, and now it seems the only support is during business hours with the robot, or text help

The idea of automating things as much as possible

Cons

Support, We kept this service because we were told we would be helped. We have many problems that have not been resolved to this day, and it took a long time to solve some of the problems were already solved.

Overall, I greatly encourage HOA/POA members to remove the burden of handling HOA funds in a nonchalant manner and place it properly into an accounting platform next to bank accounts.

Pros

The platform is easy to setup, intuitive and very affordable. In addition, I have had great phone/text support when adding new functions like mailbox option and yearly taxes. Our POA is purely a volunteer board and we all have our own careers, this has saved us countless hours of intensive work on reports, mailings, billing, etc. Lastly, when the membership elects new officers everything is in one place and easily taught to the next oncoming officer.

Cons

I have no cons, anything I had complications with was from my lack of understanding the platform, a quick refresher from staff resolved any issues I had.

The PHA has been a great asset to all the residents that use the PHOA and it’s made it much easier for us to keep up with all the proceeds

Pros

The nice thing about the pay HOA allows all the residents to make payments that would go straight into the bank account rather than them have to send in checks every quarter or annually.

Cons

The pay HOA is very easy to use so I’m not sure there’s anything that I really dislike about it

All so far has been good, they have made upgrades to their system and they are always around to help us figure things out when we just dont understand a process.

Pros

PAY HOA has been a great tool for us withn a small Community. We are very happy as weve been with them for 4-5 years and they have always served us well.. They help us when we are stock and cannot figure something out via text and or phone. They reach out to us to make sure we are satisfied and or to foolow up make sure we are set and dont have any other pennding questions or issues etc. We certainkly recommend them to other associations!

Cons

I would like to see them be abit quicker in responding however whenever we really need quick results they do try to meet our needs.. It is a matter of learingnin the system watching some videos or readinf the instructions etc..

We were in dire need of a pay platform for our Association. This one was above and beyond expectations.

Pros

Nice and clear information laid out on each page. Many options to store info and user friendly for homeowners.

Cons

The UNITS tab is great to see each homeowner's snapshot. Having photos for each is a great idea and makes things more personal.

Pros

Overall, it's an excellent product for the accounting and management of our HOA. It's also easy to use for board members and owners!

Cons

We were told an app would be developed, as well as the ability to cast ballots for voting and other issues and proxy forms, but I was recently told that is far off in the future. An app that allows a board member or covenant inspector to take pictures of violations or issues that need maintenance repairs is required to fulfill our board's needs.

Since day one we setup all our bank transferred data set users and boom the rest was cake. We were also able to integrate it to our website for easy payments.

Pros

The ease of use. Merging all our data from quick books to was a breeze.

Cons

Aside from not having a mobile app. To be honest there are no cons. Whenever we got stuck they were available to help us with just a phone call or email.

10 out of 10. Highly recommended. It has taken a dreaded task to one I look forward to because of all the data feedback. It is so spot on to promote transparency and collaboration with our community.

Pros

First and foremost was that a live person helped us get set up correctly right away in the very beginning and answered all our follow-up questions after we had used it awhile, for no additional cost. This is what made it a standout for us. Then the ease of use as well as on the mark for helping manage nearly all HOA tasks. Reduced the bookwork considerably to the point we don’t need to hire accountants. has it all righ down to doing taxes.

Cons

Limited text with no reply options but that’s about it for our needs. Small but really the name confuses our members. Sure they can pay through here but I really want them to use the wonderful transparency options for all members. PayHOA really doesn’t do it justice, not catching for all the potential it has. Sorry.

It has worked great -easily communicate with the homeowners through email/ mail/ phone using the platform, easily collect assessments, and generate reports.

Pros

It is very convenient and easy to use, and it saves us a lot of money! Management companies charge high fees, while is easy to use and it lets us self-manage our community for a fraction of the price of a management company. We would have had to raise HOA fees if we didn't switch over from a management company.

Cons

Nothing yet; the platform seems to work great and the homeowners have only given us good feedback about it.

Pros

I enjoy the ease of searching for homeowners and being able to provide quick and up to date information to board members. The tag feature is also easy to use and helpful to create much needed groups for reporting.

Some of the features are somewhat hidden.

Pros

It allows a HOA to be transparent with all documents making them public for all homeowners in community. It provides a variety of modules under one umbrella 😊

That not everyone in the community accesses the information available.

Very good. great tool, great support. Setup was easy. I also like the integration of Google pictures of the Units.

Pros

First of all I still like it :) It is easy to use with knowledgeable live support who helps with setup

Cons

We are a small self managed HOA on volunteer base. I would have loved to see a discount. We fell in the bigger price packet by only 11 units. If we had 99 instead of 110 units it would be more affordable. Also we work mainly on the weekends and there is no support available.

Pros

Simple and easy to use, I get quick responses to questions via there portal . And the videos make things simple.

Cons

That if I need an answer right away,y it takes a moment.

If you don’t sign up for their extended service, they were a big unhelpful helping us get started. But now, after using them for 2 years, I really appreciate the software. I don’t miss my old management company AT ALL.

Pros

Everything associated with our HOA is in one place. Invoices, emails, etc.

Cons

It is set up different from other software I’ve used, like Quickbooks. It was difficult to get started. I REALLY should have watched the video. That was a big mistake on my part.

Love using ! Besides the great fo communication aspects, the budgeting/accounting capabilities are awesome. We are also able to meet the requirements of our state law to have all documents, meeting minutes and financial records available to our owners 24/7!

Pros

As a Board member it has been an excellent tool for communicating with members (e.g. easily send an email or text, send invoices, receive owner requests, etc)

Cons

We regularly lose the link with our linked banking accounts and have had difficulty linking some of our other bank accounts

Good program. Would be great if it would completely integrate with our bank.

Pros

Easy to use. Well designed program. Easy to navigate. Customer service response to questions is quick.

Cons

The program stopped integrating with our bank after four months of use. Tried to resolve issues with Plaid, but after several months it’s still not integrating with our bank. Paying for full service, not getting whole package.

Unfortunately, some banks leave the Plaid network completely, which causes a total loss in bank connectivity. To counter this, we built a direct integration with a partner bank. Have been totally pleased overall with . Since it is cloud based allows several people to access for the management side. Gives homeowners ability to review their account

Pros

One single point management software for any HOA. Easy to bill for dues. Complete history of communication with homeowners either by email or USPS.

Cons

Although we do not use the software for accounting it does provide basic needs. I use Quickbooks for additional functionality. Wish we had person to person support. Sometime hard to explain an issue in an email.

It was fairly easy to set up. Any questions that I had were addressed quickly by . They spent the time I needed to get started and continue to be helpful when I have questions.

Pros

That it is made specifically for HOA’s. I previously was using Quickbooks which is just geared for general business. I like the ability to sent emails to all who have signed up.

Cons

The reports are not user friendly. They need a more robust report variety. Custom reports needs to have more options to design your own custom reports.

After a year of using we're still learning, but its definitely been a quantum improvement over all the paper reports and QuickBooks financials we've done for over 30 years!

Pros

is a pretty powerful HOA management tool. It has lots of capabilities that can make an HOA run more efficiently.

Cons

has some specific functionality that our HOA is working to get updated/changed to better fit our 600+ single-family home HOA requirements.
