Frequent bugs, unannounced changes, lack of compliance awareness and quality control. I don't recommend. **Pros:** Good core features for small-mid sized brokers handling FTL shipments. Active development with frequent updates. EDI automation team is great. **Cons:** Too many bugs with slow support resolution. API/webhook specs change without notice, breaking integrations.
