Pros

The big bonus for this system is its API. We hooked up our custom ordering system to it and now our sales people can see all the orders that this contact has. It also ties into Xero.

Cons

Navigating around seems to be a little confusing. The difference between contact and business wasn't as clear in the beginning, however, once you do "get it", you can get around quickly.

Pros

Cost for what you get. We have a small company, but this was organized, loved the email feature and very easy to use.

Cons

I don't think it has a link to calendar function.

Pros

I had the privilege of using highrise when our organization was starting up and note taking was integral, but not vital to our success. Highrise is a great tool with good logging of history and a user-friendly and clean interface

Cons

The system doesn't always have the deep info set that many have come to expect out of CRMs. This is the reason that we ended up leaving for a different tool.

I just needed a simple place to track conversations with potential clients and marketing leads. Inputting conversations and information is as simple as blind carbon copying an email address. Setting up contacts and companies is simple. The to-dos are easy to use and follow. Tracking the value of deals is extremely simple. Everything you need to track personal and team marketing leads without the hassle of unnecessary fields and information that isn't useful.

Pros

Super simple to use. This makes tracking leads and marketing contacts easy and fun to use.

Cons

I'd like to see some more automation and workflows when a new email is blind carbon copied into Highrise.

It provides me the ability to create and follow up with leads while not having to remember the customer details of each campaign as the notes system is very user friendly.

Pros

Easy to import/export contacts, create new contacts, send broadcast messages and manage follow up's with leads.

Cons

I wish it had a drip system built in for automated follow-ups. The broadcast email system is a little buggy when replying to messages that were initially send via a broadcast. Watch out as it may try to reply-all when you just want to send to one specific person.

Can I give the customer support 6 stars? Very easy to use, easy to collaborate, like the Iphone app it's gotten much better.

Pros

Easy of use, fast, great support, lots of new features almost every week

Pros

Simply the best value on the market today. Simple, effective and flexible for most needs. If a specific function is not included it is usually available via Zapier integration

Cons

We would like to see further development of the mobile applications specifically file management with drag and drop functionality on iOS

We found Highrise to be a program that worked well for us as an entry-level database program.

Pros

We found it to be extremely user friendly and intuitive. The tasks and notes features were helpful, and we liked that we could send emails straight to a contact's profile.

Cons

There were no levels of permissions for our users. This meant that everyone had the capability to change or edit items accidentally.

Fast and simple to use. Keeping data base updated is quite easy with mass update from list suppliers

Pros

Two things, the screen isn't taken up up with demographs. its on the right side of the screen the majority of the screen is left for notes and what our interactions are with the client. I can't commit on Customer Support, I haven't had to call them.

Cons

I find it somewhat difficult when I forget someone name and there's no company association, it can take some time to look through all the Bob's in the database.

Pros

Easy to use! Love that we can send documents by email to the event/deal that we are working on. It has become very easy to look at all the deals we currently have pending and fixed.

Cons

It would be nice if the tasks were a little easier to use, maybe integrate with Google calendar. I don't use the tasks mainly for this reason.

Pros

Highrise is very easy to use. The UI is simple and easy to navigate. This is/was a terrific starter CRM. It even supports autosave so you don't lose notes.

Cons

Highrise is very basic and can't do things like visual pipelines. It also doesn't do automatic followup at the completion of a task.

Super inexpensive and not complex. if you are not someone who wants to deal with the complexity of Salesforce, Zoho or Podio, this is a great option.

Cons

The product is simple, sometimes too simple can't do the slight complex things you want to do with regards to flow, etc.

Pros

I liked that I was able to stay on top of my client database of over 1K people with this online software. I do believe they are not taking on any more customers though or Highrise is over now.

Cons

It could be more user friendly. Possibly making the interface more customizable.

I see the software as robust and adaptable, it de-dups people, general ease of imports, user interface is good.

Cons

The search option is weak, needs work - results are difficult to read and undrestnd cannot de-dup companies

Very light ,which doesn't diminish its range for capabilities . I like that with it you can prioritize files . The Customer Service is always quick to respond and resolve issues .

Cons

My only major complain is that the desktop version is very limited in capabilities . Constantly being online for the full product is not always an option .

HighRise helps me be more organized with storing essential customer data ,which makes me more efficient at work .

Pros

Supports third party apps very well ,which is essential for a CRM platform . It's light to run and the interface is user-friendly .You just set it up and are good to go with using it .

Cons

Compared to the desktop version ,the mobile one is severely underdeveloped .Compared to the main CRM we use ,HighRise doesn't do that good of a job when it comes to incorporating template emails .

I stay on top of communications with my clients. Everything I've wanted the program to do for my business thus far, it has done quickly and easily.

Pros

I find this software very intuitive (which I very much appreciate, as I'm \*not\* a hardcore computer person). I can find and sort my contacts in a host of different ways, easily set reminders to follow up, keep track of whom I've contacted, when I've done it and perhaps best of all, exactly what I said!

Pros

It is very easy to keep track of all communications with clients. Even if an employee leaves, we stay up to date.

Cons

We do not see what our clients have ordered. It is not easily integrated with our Shopify shopping cart.

Researched many CRM programs until I settled on Highrise. I found it to be the best blend of usability, stability, features and price.

Pros

Easy to use! Very well-written software; we almost never come across bugs or glitches. Very aesthetically pleasing. Very easy to input and access data. Very "smart" and does a lot of things automatically that other CRMs require manually. Many innovative and helpful features. The price is very reasonable.

Cons

The iPhone app isn't complete - you can do many things on it but not all. E.g we use custom fields and those cannot be filled on the app.

Highrise is just amazing for a small company. Very straight forward, uncomplicated. It helped us immensely in dealing with 2000+ leads with only a 3 person sales force. On the con side, which is not really a con, just something I'd like to see in this product is an ability to see some statistics of the type of contacts that you have. Right now I have to sort them by tags and export in xls and then do a pivot chart - which is inconvenient. This feature would help to know the distribution of your portfolio and its evolution, at a glance. Who could use it: Sales teams for managing contacts & deals Marketing teams for managing contacts (PR, bloggers, journalists, suppliers perhaps) Who couldn't use it: Marketing for email marketing, campaigns, statistics - had to clarify this because CRM is often a misleading, blanket term for a lot of features.
