Comments: Garbage hasn't changed much for a commercial property manager , and even though these guys don't own trucks, they do make it a lot easier to handle a larger portfolio, and get your existing haulers to perform.
1) Responsive and knowledgeable customer service team. An added bonus is that Sequoia often advises my team in the right direction, saving us money when a hauler's customer service team might not act in our best interest.
2) The reporting they can do is pretty impressive. We noticed one location was more efficient with their roll-off dumpster pulls, and had the team at that location work with our other buildings to get more efficient across the board.
3) They audit all of the invoices and provide consolidating billing to our main office, which gets another layer of approval to the bills, and actually matches irregular charges against the contracted rates (an extra pickup, or mattress removal, etc)
One concern I had before going with Sequoia was in regards to the on-boarding process. It would require that dozens of monthly invoices switch the billing address to Sequoia. This actually turned out to be pretty seamless, and their customer service team was on top of communicating with our organization so everyone was up to speed.

We're happy to hear that we were able to increase the efficiency at which roll off bins were pulled! That results in some real cost savings over time, and is one of the coolest parts of our reporting capabilities. Have you found the ability to visualize material output by building to help with year-end recycling reports?
