Nous gagnons en partage d'information sur les projets, en communication, en reporting. Chaque utilisateur dispose d'une vision de ses actions. Les managers ont également l'information de la répartition des actions au sein de leur organisation ainsi que l'avancement. Les reportings sont visuels et montrent les écarts par rapport au prévisionnel. En moins de 12 mois, environ 1100 initiatives réalisées Pros Le paramétrage du logiciel est simple et les possibilités multiples. Nous utilisons le logiciel aussi bien pour le suivi des plans d'actions et des projets , pour les audits (processus/produit), pour le progrès permanent et même les plannings de maintenances préventives. Les fonctions de rapport et d'export sont très utiles pour les bilans et le partage des informations. Nous avons également pu mettre en oeuvre des "Workflows" pour certains processus de validation. Nous avons pris en main le logiciel après 1 journée de formation (pour le paramétrage) et 1 journée pour affiner nos visions sur les différents suivis à mettre en oeuvre après 1 à 2 mois d'utilisation. L'administration pour le logiciel est simple. Cons Pas de possibilité de dupliquer une initiative pour la modifier (fonction intéressante par exemple pour les planning de maintenance préventives à répéter annuellement). Le point a été discuté avec les équipes de Humanperf qui sont à l'écoute de potentielles améliorations.
