Pros demoed the product and was immediately impressed with its capabilities. It was reporting back to us in under 3 days miss-configurations and conflicts in the network. There were some issues with the services on the collector however, their team received notifications of the errors and had fixes for them within a couple days. Cons Ability to trigger a capture of video when critical accounts login to servers/workstations so that we have more than just a key stroke capture to go by.
