Used QuickEsign for Esign personal documents

Pros

QuickESign is an electronic signature solution which allows to sign documents (contracts, agreements, forms etc) digitally and also save time and effort. It also allow customization by drawing, typing, or uploading an image of their signature.

Cons

It provides limited features in free version and it could be bit complex for new users

Excellent experience, especially with technical support and ease of implementation. The team over there is very responsive to questions sent via email.

Pros

Ease of use and feature Rich environment along with excellent technical support and very quick implementation

Cons

On rare occasions, very large video files may need to be streamlined to work effectively however I believe that there is an upgrade to the system that I have not yet implemented that would make this issue go away

Very positive- \[sensitive content hidden\] is responsive and helpful. A few simple questions that I needed answered were responded to quickly.

Pros

Simple to use and an affordable way to get your message to your customers. Very helpful support! I would recommend this to anyone looking to create a more professional and updated look to thier business

Cons

No issues. Very simple process and the price is a very good value. No expensive equipment to purchase and changing messages is a snap

Helpful for price but wanting due to issues above

Pros

Ability to create multiple presentations and make changes that upload quickly

Cons

We really need to see a spread that shows a mini image of each slide that can be dragged and dropped in a different order. It is very difficult to name files beyond the numeric file name assigned to pictures when they are saved. We also need to be able to intersperse pdf docs and other pic formats. At this point, we are forced to take a cell camera image of a printed document to get it onto a slide

Hi Bob, thanks for the comments. I am happy to say that you can now upload PDF docs directly to your layout without converting to an image first. Also, I am wondering if you are still using the old version. You can certainly drag and drop your slides and the slides are labeled with your filename. Overall, QuickESign has been great and I have recommended the program to many people because of the ease of content management, the value of the program, and the scalability of the program.

Pros

QuickESign has been easy to use and easy for the team to learn. The ability to use it on any smart tv has been the biggest benefit.

Cons

Not a detriment of QuickESign, but using different tvs/monitors, it is difficult to work through settings and keeping the displays on at all times to make them effective digital signage

I change my menu often so its easy to change without always having to call a hotline or wait for an approval.

Pros

Software is easy to use, very affordable, and easy to navigate website. I have never had any isseus with it and im on my 3rd year using it.

Cons

I have no issue with the program. Once you learn how to do evrything there is to offer it becomes second nature.

Easy to set up and overall very happy with the experience. I first signed for one month and changed to the yearly subscription.

Pros

The app was already on my TCL tv, easy to adjust and I could pay for the subscription service at a yearly rate instead of monthly

Cons

There was a slight learning curve to the app and there is an extra charge for multiple screens. I wish it was the same price for more screens

QuickESign has been the best option for displaying marketing flyers quickly and easily on our studio tv.

Pros

I appreciate the connection to Canva to quickly and easily link a platform I already use. I also appreciate being able to try it out for free for 7 days and the actual cost is reasonable.

Cons

QuickESign's platform is not the most intuitive user interface in my opinion. It took some time to play around with it to learn how to use it. Now that I've got it, it's not too bad.

We have been very happy with QuickESign for the last 5 years since using them for all of our digital signage. They provide goof value because you can adjust the price based on the number of screens you need.

Pros

Ease of running digital signage on Roku TV's, scheduling for signage to change automatically, each TV can be managed easily from any computer and they can be either synced or run unique signage,

Cons

Widgets are a little clunky and hard to use, would like to see it become easier to use on mobile devices.

We've been very pleased with QuickESign. Our members can find out when and where programs are. We even use it to display evacuation routes in case of a fire.

Pros

It gives each of our church members the same information. Information goes directly to the person instead of one person passing it along to another.

Cons

Making screens can be a bit cumbersome. If I don't make screens regularly, there is a learning curve that has to happen. A tutorial that could be a reference would be helpful.

I liked that it could turn a regular TV into a digital sign, and the subscription price was reasonable.

Cons

Setting up the software using the Amazon TV ecosystem took some time. To have all the expected functionality, I ended up purchasing an Amazon Signage TV stick (not a Fire TV stick).
