When we made the jump from pencil and paper to a software based system we were all a bit nervous but knew it had to be done for us to grow. Sending invoices and doing inventory management was a nightmare because we were using google Calendar to see what events we had on a particular day and what was available on the fly. BRS saved us from this and allowed us to grow faster. Cons They are updating the software to include a google maps aspect which I think would really make this even better. Not only is the customer service great and the value that you get from the service outstanding, but Rob and his team are always only a phone call away from the customer. Not just about the service or site functionality but also just to answer just business in general questions. This is a great service for someone just getting started in the inflatable business. I would highly recommend any time. Pros Very user friendly. Very intuitive. It got everything that I need from orders tracking to reports. Easy integration with payment gateways. The calendar heads up view is the best one I've found! Cons I can't say like least. Features I would like to see would be scheduling and route planning integration. My world be be so hectic without it's management functions that I would never even consider doing this business without it. The website it automatically creates looks great. Of course it's not the best website in the world, but it is definitely the best website between me and the competition anywhere near me. Setting this thing up is extremely simple and intuitive. Customer service is unmatched and is willing to listen to and responsive to suggestions. Look no further, this is the one you want!
