It comes with a very good support team that is always available when an issue rises. They constantly keep checking till the issue is resolved. Cons The least i like so far is tracking packages via shipwise sometimes. It is definitely easy to track them, but sometimes the tracking statuses arent up to date and it can innaccurate when you try to get a report. Cons When updates take place on Mondays which are the busiest shipping day of the week. This has caused us in the past to be dead in water for a few hours.
