Shipping gets done faster, and if there's an issue, I'm confident that the help desk will solve it.

Pros

Very automated, several issues are solved automatically.

Cons

Sometimes odd items cause problems, but the customer service is very helpful.

Cons

The inability to bill clients at different rates. Although i think this is something that Desktop Shipper is working to make happen.

In terms of what we use it for, we find it relatively easy and customer support is always fast efficient and friendly.

Cons

It can be a little confusing. My specific role is to verify addresses and things change in there a little too quickly.
