The Inecta team took the time to understand our business processes in-depth and also helped us better understand our own processes, challenges, and objectives. With Inecta's help our team then defined a timeline for the system implementation and configuration, training, and ongoing support as needed. Inecta Solution was deployed within the expected time line. Inecta has proven to be a true asset for our business for the past 5 years. Inecta is a proficient Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central Partner. Their solution is well adapted to our industry. They are dedicated to doing the right thing for their customers.

Pros

Strong expertise in the food industry (food manufacturing and food distribution), good project management skills with clear timelines, well-defined deliverables, and act proactively on potential issues. Inecta is partnership focused. They are present at all stages and phases of ERP/MRP implementation. In addition to the implementation process they offer ongoing guidance and well-thought recommendations to leverage Business Central functionality.

Cons

None. Simply put, this is the right Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central Microsoft partner for us. They go beyond the technical aspects to better understand business operations and often identify areas for improvement.

Overall experience has been good, particularly post-implementation. inecta is responsive and development team in India does well completing things overnight to keep the process rolling. I started mid-implementation and project was struggling with internal and inecta team not aligned. inecta management provided good support working through the difficult process to successfully implement. Biggest observation is customer should ensure all the details are finalized in sales process and implementation needs included to develop realistic plan and budget.

Pros

Combines the functionality of enterprise class Microsoft Dynamics, which has wide usage and support, along with industry specific needs.

Cons

Don't have any concerns at current time.

Her problem-solving skills and commitment to project completion have been outstanding, reflecting her company’s dedication to excellence and ensuring a seamless experience for our team.

Pros

\[sensitive content hidden\] expertise and dedication have been invaluable to our account. Her deep understanding of our processes, proactive problem-solving, and exceptional instructional skills ensure efficient solutions. We also greatly appreciate her company’s commitment to excellence, reliability, and outstanding customer support

Cons

Our main concern is the charges for simple questions that receive quick responses. Additionally, the wait time for issuing credits and the invoice process often cause confusion within our accounting department. Streamlining these areas would greatly improve our overall experience.

Poor. iNECTA will prioritize profits over customer relationship and success. You are a dollar sign and not a partner to them. If you are considering iNECTA, you need to be aware that they do not care about your sucess.

Pros

All in one system that makes it easy to have real time data accessible to anyone in tge organization.

Cons

Lacks basic reporting and insights that businesses rely on to make informed decisions. Evrything to them is custom and nothing is out of the box. High expense to maintain after implementation due to the constant need to customize. They will nickle and dime you.
