Inecta is a proficient Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central Partner. Their solution is well adapted to our industry. They are dedicated to doing the right thing for their customers. Pros Strong expertise in the food industry (food manufacturing and food distribution), good project management skills with clear timelines, well-defined deliverables, and act proactively on potential issues. I started mid-implementation and project was struggling with internal and inecta team not aligned. inecta management provided good support working through the difficult process to successfully implement. Biggest observation is customer should ensure all the details are finalized in sales process and implementation needs included to develop realistic plan and budget.
