Overall butterfly is a great tool to consistently receive temperature checks from your employees and make the changes necessary to make the workplace a comfortable place for all.

Pros

Allows employees to express their concerns anonymously which makes it more comfortable for them to hold nothing back when stating their feelings regarding the company and more.

Cons

I wish the website was more mobile friendly. Hard to view everything on a mobile device.
