Pros: Easy, straight forward, seamless, basically no bullshit!

Cons: Today they don't offer connection to ERP, but apparently it's comming soon

Overall: I have been using Butterfly for 4 months now,
I started to use it upon recommandation from friend of mine, also a manager in an other compnay. I 1st started to use it with a small remote team I had some issue with after only two weeks we have expanded the tool in our all departement, we are now 25 managers using Butterfly

Recommendations to other buyers: If you manager, get back in control of the engagement of your teams

Pros: The design and ease to use. I don't need a Phd in HR to understand the data, and my team really appreciate the user experience.

I've been using it with slack, which makes it super easy to spread out the messages to my team.

Cons: I'd expect more from their slack integration, but apparently it is coming very soon

Overall: I believe I was one of the first user to be on the platform, it was recommend from a fellow manager at my company.
I have to say that it is a nifty little tool, that helps me gather insight in a timely manner. Although HR run their internal engagement surveys, I never have the insight in a relevant time frame. Butterfly is great to help me focus on what matters to my team.

Recommendations to other buyers: Easy to use, not expensive, great tool all around
