Pros: On line all the time. Constant development so I have an experience of being listened to. Filter buttons make it easy to drill down when looking for job information

Cons: No ability to sort or filter by job creation date. Using the app on android, when creating a new work order, if I hit the "back" key, it takes me right out of the work order I was creating and I have to start over from the beginning

Pros: It is a great system to help track our company work orders. App is simple to use to view w.o. information.

Cons: Needs to have multi level billing functions. Im an not impressed with the email delivery of the work orders.

Pros: the mobile capability for the staff members, and the ability to change the work order status. the items that are customizable are great and that submitter gets notified of any changes automatically is great.

Cons: for me the system is not very intuitive to use, and although some aspects are customizable it would be nice to customize other aspects of the system. I like the 24 hour help line but it would be nice to have a troubleshooting link for the top 25 or 50 asked questions so i can go see if i can deal with my issue and not wait for the e-mail back since they sometimes take a while to respond.

Overall: increased production, tracking and accountability.

Pros: I like being able to keep electronic record of requests and being able to refer to the requests and check on the status

Cons: I can't think of any at this time in regard to the software itself - I think it took a while for us all to get used to using it which caused a lag in reporting, receiving and responding to issues, but that is internal and not a reflection of the product itself

Pros: From the easy start of getting your information in excel for downloading to the ongoing updates. This software is very easy to use for all of my staff. We are very pleased.

Cons: When we first started with the software using the mobile app. It was not very easy to get information or start a new WO. Things are progressing on the mobile application.

Overall: Starting with the inventory to everyday use for our staff adding work orders. They like the email alerts on the WO progress.

Pros: Keeps me very well organized & up to date on items. It lets me modify the amount of items I am able to see & edit.

Cons: Not much to say for this part! There isn't a single thing that could occur to me as of right now that has caused me a dilemma.

Pros: It's great because it is mobile and it works on all my tablets and phones! You make changes on the fly. It even works while you're on the phone to a customer. Scheduling is awesome! It emails your work load for that day. It tells you when overdue work orders are not done..the customer can send and set up repairs to you as well. They keep you up dated on news and updates they do month to month.

Cons: The pictures could be easier to up load. In some parts of the software its slow running. And it some times makes two works.

Overall: Major companies! Love the service we give and the software we use. At anytime we can look up Trailer repairs, information, parts list.

I have placed many tickets and my organization is quick to take care of them.

Pros: I like that you can attach photos and documents. It makes communication a lot easier. It is also easy to see what is going on in other locations when they submit tickets. We can quickly see what the issue is.

Cons: I do not like that you can not transfer the designation. When a ticket is sent to the incorrect party it is not transferable nor are you aware it was sent to the incorrect party.

Pros: The program is great for tracking the progress of a work order & being able to have the PM's set up on a reoccurring schedules is great

Cons: There are to many steps for an administrator to submit assign then approve a work order. With this access to the program I feel like you should be able to do all of that in one step. Also a work order should not be able to get approved without it being assigned to someone.

Pros: straight forward, the layout, fields to be filled in are like "whispers" for what to needs be done. Even the most common issues could be in the list.

Cons: submit WO in upper page tends to be used as real submit to actually confirm the order. It could be actually confirm instead of submit

Pros: It is very intuitive and easy to use. The layout of the options and choices are well done and easy on both desktop and mobile

Pros: Mobile accessibility is good, web interface, phone interface. Email notifications and reminders of open tickets

Cons: does not integrate with email. You cannot have conversations on email as they are not recorded.
Inaccurate support duration time measurements. You cannot measure support time from a time of opening and closing of a ticket as that is not real life. Real life support is executed without a ticket. Then a ticket is opened and worked on and closed all within seconds.

Maxpanda utilizes it's own SMPT servers off Amazon. For example replying to a work order through the email will update comments and/or notes. That's pretty cool. Our app is designed to ellimiate the use of multi software systems, hopefully you understand. But hey! Guess what! We're integrating with Office 360 in the new year so your hopes and dreams will come true :)

Max Panda has made it easy for me to enter work orders with my employer. It's a big help.

Pros: The ease of use! Super intuitive and not at all difficult for me to figure out. I've also been able to train others on t pretty easily.

Cons: I don't use it for anything other than work orders which are easy so I can't comment here. Maybe if we could get more detail on pending jobs- something that's more specific.

Maxpanda makes it very simple to enter in request, this allows me to be much more efficient with it

Pros: The ease of creating fields to be able to be specific about the request and directions of the request. I like that I am able to submit the request to a multitude of departments using one software. I am able to do a check request while also communicating maintenance problems.

Cons: Sometimes I have experienced some technical difficulties but even then they seem to be fixed quickly.

Very helpful in keeping all your maintenance tasks scheduled

Pros: Easy to increase your mothly tasks, easy to use, I like having preventive maintenance tasks and word orders

Cons: The mobile application is hard to use for multiple sites. Its hard to look at all the work orders that you have or that you need to look at on the mobile app. I avoid the app as much as I can

Pros: Ease of use, simple, support response time, versitile, multisite, frequent updates, easy to train, format consistency.

Cons: Print view crowded on POs, vendor confusion regarding invite they think they have to pay for access to our POs most do not want to be invited. We save as doG file and send to our ccontacts in separate email, PO attachments are not included in print view.

Pros: It's easy to use and really effective. It's well explained and it helps us get stuff done faster

Cons: Cannot edit after submitting forms. We sometimes need to use it because we would post something by error.

Pros: keeping maintenance records of work done to know if something needs replaced in the field do to so many items out there.

Cons: being able to set up different form for different departments to make it easier to tell what department work orders you are in.

Hi Josiah, please ask your COMPANY ADMIN to setup DEPARTMENTS for you. This has to be completed by an Admin not Staff roles. Once Departments are setup you can assign buildings, locations, assets EVEN PEOPLE to your departments. USERS submitting new work requests select Department accordingly through the desktop and/or app.

System provides the accessibility, features and functions at a more then reasonable cost.

Pros: Software provides quick and detailed look up in a cloud base system allowing for immediate response to client and service provider request, issue tracking.

Cons: Currently "App" functionality does not match easy of "PC" use.

App does not allow for accessing "Building's", Vendor and/or Locations where PC access does

Overall: Ability to check each of our Buildings, Vendors and/or Locations. singularly.

Ability to retain images in the Cloud per Work Order

Pros: Easy of moving through the modules and reporting. All users feel comfortable using software everyday and it has improved machine up time by having consistent follow up.

Cons: Some reports are not needed for my operation. some of the module setups are a little confusing and could be made a little easier to setup for a less than savvy computer user.

Overall: Lower downtime and PM's are done on a scheduled basis and not when they have time.

I'm still new with the product, but I'm learning. My crew seems to have a grasp with the software

Pros: I can communicate with my staff through the use of the internet if I or anyone else needs to create work orders or discuss what needs to be done.

Overall: It is easy to work with. I had no troubles setting it up and the initial help with inputing all my assets, etc. was very useful from your team. The more I learn the better I see the benefits and can create more feedback if necessary. Thanks.

Pros: The software is very cost effective and pretty user-friendly. I lack some of the higher-end function of our previous CMMS but has been improving over the last several months.

Cons: I wish the sort and search functions worked a little better. Having the PO system in the mobile app would be nice.

Pros: I really don't have anything but Pros for this software. It is ridiculously easy to learn and use. Really. I think I had a couple of questions in the beginning but everything is very intuitive. Support when I did need it was almost right away, occasionally an hour or two. Very very happy.

Overall: Everything about Maxpanda in the form of communication is perfect. I can stay in close communication with my supervisors and co-workers. I enjoy the feature of being able to up-load a picture to further describe the job and it's detail. I would like to have more training of all of Maxpanda features. There is only one issue that is a little frustrating is that I cannot delete items in an inventory list. I have expressed my concern with and it has been explained that while it cannot be deleted an item can be archived. This in the overall scheme of things is not that big of deal.

Deleting history would cause reporting discrepancies and so we archive and not delete :) Our new help files are going live soon with more video tutorials and we hope to get positive feedback on them shortly. Pros: I like having a way to enter the work orders for our maintenance department. I also like the ability to flag it for prioritizing purposes.

Cons: Once you're logged in, it's not exactly clear on what you need to do at first. It eventually becomes more evident what needs to be done.

Overall: I've used this software a few times and it seems to be okay. It could be a little more user-friendly when entering a work order.

Pros: I like the user-friendly software and how easily it is to send and receive data.

Cons: I would like to have the ability to delete items in my inventory, archiving inventory is a great solution, however, it would be nice to be able to completely remove some items.

Overall: I enjoy every feature of Maxpanda that I have discovered so far. I do have concerns about not being able to delete items in assets.

This simply hides the asset from the all users in the app. We do not allow deletion of any items if there is history applied to them. This is a ISO method we follow. Pros: I like the fact that it is web-based. For the parts of Maxpanda we use, I appreciate the ease of setting up a work order and following it through to completion. Most of the basic use tutorials are helpful.

Cons: Operationally, I would like it if there were some type indication of "attention required " on each page of the work order. For instance, if there are "Tasks" or "WO Attachments" perhaps that title bar could be highlighted or have a drop down arrow to indicate content.

Overall: I have been very pleased with our use of Maxpanda. It has many features that we don't yet use but plan to move into in the next year. There are a few things I wish Maxpanda did but so far they are minor and do not impede the usefulness of the software.

Comments: Maxpanda order management software is a great management tool. New features are constantly added and the order management software is always up to date. It also has a guest portal for staff and tenants that don't need accounts to submit work order. The order management software calendar is also a fantastic feature.

Comments: Smooth transition and well worth the money. Company has never had a CMMs program so the training of the staff was a concern but the ease of use has allowed it to be a quick and easy transition.

Pros: Great mobile app (Android, iPhone, iPad). It's a great investment and a huge alternative to other management softwares. It meets the budget for software compared with other softwares.

What I love most about Maxpanda is the push notifications for new work orders. Getting a push notification when you have a work order is a great feature. It makes sure you never miss any work order.

The ability to access Maxpanda on desktop or smart phone or tablet makes it a unique software. This means you can do whatever you want to do wherever you want to do it.

Cons: Auto emailed reports to admins is not available. Neither is the ability to integrate our accounting package to the database. I believe this is on their roadmap and should be exciting to review it.

Overall: The training guides that comes with the software makes everything easy. Maxpanda is very easy to learn, and people don't need lots of training to get started. Maxpanda allows users to schedule work orders. This is important for users who are not always on seat or users that easily forget. They can easily schedule work orders to make sure everything is done when it is needed to be done. They bring value with each new update. Even if you don't use some of the new features at times, it's nice to know they are constantly improving their product. The live training made it easy for our employees to get used to the software. It has also improved our company's productivity. The mobile phone App is unique. It keeps you up to date and makes sure you don't lose any work orders. Maxpanda has no upfront cost which is really nice.

Very happy with the fast turnaround response time.

Recommendations to other buyers: The user friendly interface allows me basically can get anything I need if I need to run any report. The software is Web-based, which means you can access from anywhere as long as you have internet. If your organization has large number of users, Maxpanda is for you because it allows unlimited number of users for a flat fee. You don't need to pay by the user or per certain number of users Maxpanda CMMS is worth its price. Besides the fact that it has quality features, it is low-cost and affordable.

Pros: Simple to use, very intuitive. Has all the features we want and need, and they just keep improving it.

Cons: Not sure there is anything, no kidding. I don't get hung up on the fancy GUI's, it still looks very nice but it's about the function of form.

Overall: Working with my contact at Maxpanda has been just the way I like it. Straight forward, direct answers no fluff. I love getting something that is worth what I'm paying, and I get what I expect.

Recommendations to other buyers: If you're looking for a CMMS give this a try, you can't lose. Guarantee you'll love it if you're about function. It does an awesome job and you are charged for what only what you use.

Pros: Ease of use for end users and administrator.

Overall: Overall experience in implementing a software application was great. Very easy, conversion templates were simple to follow. Support was always there when needed.

Pros: Very cost effective compared to other software. Great customer service. Software development is constant and rapid so no hanging around for a year waiting for new features.

Cons: No purchase order module (although I know this is being worked on for release shortly).

Overall: Have been using Maxpanda for a few years now and the software gets better every single month. The only thing stopping me giving it the full 5 stars across the board is that there are a few features that are still not quite ready but which I know are on the way.

Recommendations to other buyers: This software has got to be the most useful and cost effective that my company uses.

Pros: Ease of Use, Support.

Cons: So far none, MaxPanda support has been so helpful, there are minor changes I would like and some are coming.

Overall: I have 15 years experience in Commercial Maintenance Automation, old School Mainframe Stuff, It seems I have waited my whole life for this program which we use to run our Strata's Maintenance and PM Program. The Support is the best.

Recommendations to other buyers: As with all these programs collect your data inventory (assets), locations, contractor information first, it makes everything so much easier when you don't have to complete this information as an afterthought.

Comments: I was looking for a CMMS to replace a simple database that was created in Access to handle work requests from building occupants. Unfortunately, the existing database has no provision for work order scheduling, costing, or true asset management. Most cmms software are expensive to deploy and very complicated to set up. These are two of the more attractive features of Maxpanda. The software is ready to use right out of the box, well the internet in this case. My team don't have decades of computer skills under their belts so using Maxpanda helps me get my work done quicker and easier. Reports are great, UI is simple to use, email, text and mobile notifications are extremely valuable to me as well. Great job!

Comments: I highly recommend this Work Order Management Software. Having used many type of systems before Maxpanda kinda stuck with us from day one. Finance loves the reporting and we love the ease of use. Most systems need heavy set up prior to using them, with Maxpanda we started submitting work orders immediately. We manage 16 large apartment blocks and each one of our caretakers are now on the system and enjoy using it. We no longer accept paper requests from tenants. They simply submit a work order using their mobiles or comps. Highly recommend.

Pros: We tested over a handful of systems. Our maintenance staff are not computer engineers bu they are the best at what they do - maintain our facilities. We tried the 30 day free account with Maxpanda and went to a monthly plan after 2 weeks.

Comments: I came in new to the maintenance management position this year. Our physical plant had no documented digital framework for history regarding maintenance. I used many cmms in the past but after requesting a demo frm getapp, I was shown many. We decided on Maxpanda for the ease of use, enterprise reporting tools. My team has adopted the software as their own. Management is happy with the change adoption to the new digital framework we are using.

Pros: Simply powerful Overnight adoption Intuitive Full support 24/7 Price is almost too good!

Comments: So the need to increase my department's efficiency at minimal cost became a top priority. I began looking at a multitude of options, from on premise software systems to web-based systems. I have used and implemented dozens of maintenance tracking software in my years in healthcare and eduction. Maxpanda wins! I've used many CMMS programs throughout the years. Before choosing Maxpanda, I reviewed a number of the CMMS listed on the web. Although they shared a number of features, after numerous presentations, it was clear to me that Maxpanda provided the features that our facilities organization required.

Pros: Easy to use, simple to learn very quick learning curve for the entire Hospital. Setup literally took us a few days. Maxpanda's technical team imported our existing data overnight making a transition from excel and paper to digital realm painless.
