Comments: We tried quite a few vendors and were getting tired of looking for something that would be simple enough for our office. With TimeBison you can just sign up for an account online and your account is instantly activated, we did not even talk to a human to get everything set up. It works well for us as we have people working from home as well as clocking in remotely. It does not have any advanced features, but we like the simplicity. Not sure what else to say about it.

Comments: We were looking to replace a time clock from a vendor that went out of business and bumped into this web-based thing. I just signed up online, got instant access to my account and followed fairly straight-forward steps. Before I knew it, I was good to go. We just started using it. Not being an accountant and not knowing much about payroll, this was a very easy process, we are pretty happy with it, especially the fact that our guys can clock and and out from different spots or even with their iPhones.
Pros: Affordable, easy to setup (for goodness sake, I am not a computer whiz, but was able to set it up without any help), no long term commitment, no need to get a wall time clock
Cons: No support phone number, only email support
Recommendations to other buyers: Definitely worth checking out
