I have not had issues with email deliveries. They come prompt and clear to understand. And the process is quick and easy. Pros What I liked most about Tango was the vast selections of rewards offered. I also enjoyed the ease of use. It was a smooth process. Cons What I liked least about Tango were some of the strict expiration dates. There are also a lot chatbots for customer service and communication. Not once have I had an experience, other than completely satisfactory, when using Tango. Pros Reliability. Thats number one in my book. I do a lot of online business, that compensates mostly in gift cards. Thanks to Tango, I never have to worry about, not being able to access my funds. You get a lot of headache and hassle trying to aquire gift cards from any other provider. If you lose your card, or it gets stolen, your unlikely to get a replacement card without a bunch of headache and hassle. Not with Tango. Tangles customer service gets right on top of taking care of your needs. Their team works together to make sure you are completely satisfied. I sure learned a lot of who I want managing my money. Cons So far so good. I haven't had an issue on with Tango. So there's not a thing I can say, other than two thumbs up.
