Overall with my experience using this program I would highly recommend this program to any company looking to manage incentives for their customers, employees, etc. via gift cards

Pros

Gift cards as a service program that is free, easy to use, and lets recipients choose where they want their gift to be for

Cons

The method of adding funds for gift cards is a bit clunky. Would be nice to have it link a checking account or credit card, rather than sending an email and wiring funds.

I buy online with this e-gift card

Pros

Wow! Very good e-gift card reward app. My first time to try it for shopping on eBay and boom it was accepted without any issue. Easy to shop use for shopping on ecommerce stores.

Cons

I don't like the process of getting it as gift because I fill this form or that and given code and password. Then customer support unit gives ticket for reply and all of that. Process too boring to receive gift card.

I take online surveys and a few companies pay with the Tango card. They send me a link through email, I click the link and redeem for a card that can be used anywhere.

Pros

Tango card is very easy to use. I have received Tango cards for taking online surveys and I have never had a problem redeeming them.

Cons

There is nothing I dislike about this software. It is very easy to use and never any problems with redemption.

Pros

What I love most about Tango Card is well... Everything! We use Tango Card, especially on Capterra, the ease of use is what I love. I also love how you can put in any amount you please for the gift card redemption.

Cons

There is not really anything that I do not like about Tango Card. They are a great company with a great way to send and receive e-gift cards.

Pros

I love using the very simple and direct self-guiding boxes to input what I need without having to second guess my order. It is simple, safe, and instantaneous. Tango is the way to go.

Cons

There are no flaws that I can find other than I wish I had this ability and software years ago.

Pros- very easy same day delivery of incentives. It has such a wide catalog so every member of your team will be satisfied. Customer service is KEY! They help me a ton with one off problems, reissuing of gift cards, payment issues etc. This is so much better than expensing a ton of purchases of your corp/personal card. cons- only con is that you have to check spam when the cards come. Some of our reps complain they cannot find the gift cards because the sender email defaults to spam/trash in some cases. You can prevent this by adding tango card to your address book.

Tango Card has a bunch of different ways to send the e-gift cards so we use them for all of the programs. It is awesome that we could standardize all of our gift card sending with one provider. We always have an easy time sending the rewards we need and the people at Tango Card are great to work with - they really care about our results.

No problems in earning/redeeming rewards thus far. They have good options so users are motivated to participate.

Pros

It gives users the ability to pick from many choices for prepaid giftcards or they can choose to donate to organizations, which is a nice option.

Cons

It would be nice to have more vendors to choose from, but the ones that are available are pretty solid, such as Amazon or Starbucks.
