Pros It's easy to use flexible configurable and excellent report generation on behalf of my experience I am extremely satisfied with this collaboration of Opium it provides cheap solution of may problems excellent customer support. Cons Need some improvements in terms of interface and some functionalities that may need to custom development prove costly. Des connecteurs métier additionnels permettraient également de créer encore plus de valeur (connecteurs fournisseurs énergie). The Opinum team is available and pleasant to work with. Pros It was very easy to make the transition from our old tools to Opinum DataHub. Calculated variables, and especially R language integration, offer pretty much limitless possibilities. The documentation is clear and complete. Cons While working, the push API is confusing. Two examples : - if you try to push too many datapoints, the API still answers with HTTP 204, but the request is effectively rejected/ignored, without any warning for the user - there is a delay (sometimes minutes) between the moment of the request and the moment when the new datapoints are available via api.opinum.com/data or the user interface Reason for choosing Opinum Data Hub While more expensive, Opinum DataHub has the benefit of being maintained by Opinum, while an in-house solution would have required in-house maintenance as well. Also, Opinum has been working on Data Hub for several years, which means that most bugs have been fixed by now :) Review Source SD Stanislas D. Opinum proved to answer our needs for a reasonable price, and proved very open for discussions on the product and its roadmap. Pros It is very configurable and easy to use. The team is skilled and flexible, with a good partnering spirit Pricing for the software is very reasonable (as long as we don't require strong modifications) Cons There are still a few functionalities missing, and custom development can sometimes prove expensive Reason for choosing Opinum Data Hub Features / price ratio, good feeling with the team.
