None Computer Hardware Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Deceptive billing practices and unresponsive customer service" December 31, 2024 1.0 Unresponsive customer service when I immediately emailed them requesting a refund for my annual charge of almost 60 Euro. Their FAQs say they offer no refunds, which is astonishing for such a high price product. I’ll have to dispute the payment with my bank. Such a headache. Pros Seems like some good tools available for digital publishing. Cons Their subscriptions tend to be almost exclusively annual plans, but they are sneaky in that they advertise them as monthly, showing the price breakdown by month and not being upfront that they actually bill for an annual plan right away. O recurso de poder usar em modo off-line também é surpreendente - mesmo entendendo que vídeos ou objetos que estão on-line (sites, arquivos do drive) não são carregados, sempre me antecipo a isso e crio versões para os dois cenários. Ik heb november '23 een abonnement afgesloten, kwam er achter dat het toch niets voor mij was, dus heb gecanceld zodat het niet verlengd werd. Nu werd er toch ineens $250 afgeschreven, onterecht. Genially geeft aan dat ik inderdaad geannuleerd heb, maar betalen maar niet terug. Ze blijven verschuilen achter allerlei smoesjes. Mit der Bitte um Erstattung meines bezahlten Premium-Abos habe ich mit an den Support gewandt. Eine Erstattung habe ich nicht bekommen aber das Angebot ein günstigeres Abo abzuschließen. Auf meine Antwortmail, in welcher ich dies verneinte und darauf hinwies, dass ich das Produkt auch in einem anderen Plan nicht benutzen könne und daher mein Abo stornieren möchte erhielt ich keine Antwort mehr. Ich habe also 90 Euro für nichts bezahlt und bekomme nicht mal mehr eine Antwort, versteht sich von selbst, dass ich dieses Produkt niemandem weiter empfehlen kann. Danke für nichts. I use them as a library teacher and a teacher trainer. It's one of main tools that I use in social media. Pros I use Genially every day as a teacher, teacher trainer, social media influencer and basically I can use it for any occasion and visualise in Genially all my concepts. It's an innovative multitool. It's not just a platform that allows you to create amazing, interactive and animated presentations. It allows you to create all kinds of interactive, engaging and animated content like digital board games, instructional units, escape rooms, infographics and much more. I also love all amazing integrations e.g. with Microsoft, Google, Wakelet etc. Cons I'd like to have more templates but I think I'm just greedy. They are adding new stuff al the time. It has a big variety of templates both professionals and informal and is oriented toward greater interactivity and gamification. It offers a great advantage in the market and more for its ease of use. In conclussion, I love this tool. I create projects for my lessons and my students love it. Pros Maybe the tool that applies gamification as a learning approach the most. The are several attractuve thematic temlate which you can use. For example the escape rooms are very nice for students. In addition, there is a rich media library and a large selection of bacround images. The feature of animation is also important for creating interactive material. To close the pros, I think that there is simply no other tool out there that can deliver this level of gamified lessons. Cons There are no real conc. Maybe the lack of real-time collaboration is the only thing I wish Genially had. April 13, 2019 5.0 Pros This software has several functions, not only creating presentations but also one can create his own brand logo or get some inspiration from the respective section with such content of templates. One can use either simple one coloured backgrounds or images which are of great quality. There can be added also interactive elements such as buttons, social media icons and so on, all of good quality. Cons Now about cons which this software has: only some part of the templates are free and generally apart of templates there are also some features that are not offered for free, but the greatest con is that you can't save your presentations, which is a premium feature.
