Keeping me connected with the team and to see what the teams are doing well is great especially as we havent been in the office.

Pros

Especially in 2020 being away from the team alot and doing virtual meeting and trainings Helix has made me feel connected to the whole company as we can update each other and encourage each other as well as communicate in our own groups as well. Vibing seemed annoying at first but now i love reflecting on the week and communicating how i feel. It sets me up for the next week as well. Helix is easy to navigate and upload photos or files to share as well.

Cons

It would be awesome to be able to add a photo to a shoutout to demonstrate the work of the person you might be shouting out for.

overall ok but i am not so inclined as my team is very small.

Pros

Good thing is this software reminds us that someone is there to hear you.

Cons

Does not work well for a small team. Example my team has only 4 members and if I put a negative comment everyone knows it is me.

Exeptional! When we didn't understand something, someone helped, when we broke it (read as didn't set things up properly), someone helped, when we need to help other learn, someone helped..... that has been the beauty of Heelix, the support has always been there to help us make the most of our experience.

Pros

As we rapidly changed the way we worked to deal with the Pandemic, Heelix became the glue to our communication, insights and recognition.

Cons

The things we didn't like were changed by the development team, and continue to evolve and so I can really say "nothing I didn't like".

The weekly vibe, its such a powerful tool.

Heelix is great if you can get your team vibing. Its is an easy way to gauge how your team is feeling overall. We could definitely utilise the boards better but for now we are more focused on the vibe function. Support is easy accessible and always on hand.

Pros

It's not complicated and pretty easy to navigate.

Cons

I feel as because it's a new platform they are still in development stages, however they are great with feedback and are open to suggestions to improve the platform.

Love seeing all the posts from all aspects of the business. The best one has been with us now all working from home. We have 'Daily Video Updates' so easy to view and find (if you miss one). This has been awesome for those who normally have daily contact with their team or Head Office. Also, sharing ideas during this time has been lovely.

Pros

Love keeping in contact with others in the business. We are Australia wide so a great way to see how everyone is going. Some great tips and also love that we can 'Shout Out' to those that go that extra mile and can let everyone know. Love that you can have your own department too! You can also 'Vibe' 'How was your week' this is confidential and gives you the opportunity to say how you feel because there are times when every week isn't great! Then a summary is sent to you.

Cons

It is user friendly and the more the use it the easier it is. So really it's up to you!

Overall Heelix is easy and fun to use with real time Analytics that provide visibility and insight It gives me a true indicator of my weekly vibe at work. With my weekly satisfaction rate, I can reflect and act on things that really matter.

Pros

Heelix enables to track your employee happiness or overall weekly vibe. As a user there is a true sense of discretion and you can confidently use it even to record a potential not so good week at work. The data will be used by your manager to interact with your team and engage more. Gives you a weekly gauge of your employee satisfaction rate Easy to use - Not invasive

Cons

nothing that I can think of as the solution is really easy to use

I like it, it helps me track the sentiment of my team, and company, and people tend to post things there, so it helps keeping up.

Pros

It helps build culture and allows managers to see the sentiment around work.

Cons

I think more options when "vibing" that would better represent the reason for the users vote. Being forced to pick between options that do not reflect the reason for a vote is not the best.

Pros

I love being able to see how my team is feeling each week. We all more openly discuss any potential issues in the team and have a place where we can recognise each other for the good work we do. I also like being able to track my wins for the year, it makes review conversations so much easier.

Cons

I feel like it's a great way to measure staff overall 'state' of wellbeing within the team, like is the team performing and vibing high then that would be your ideal situation, perhaps giving also a lot more insight as to when and how your staff is essentially happy.

Pros

Easy to use, good way to keep in touch with your colleagues. Love seeing photos of colleagues I'd have if not missed the opportunity to see. It's a good tool for managers to see how their team is performing (great on a HR perspective)

Cons

There is nothing I hate about the software!

My overall experience with Heelix has been amazing. I love logging in each day to Vibe how I'm doing and see what my colleagues are up to. I would recommend this tool to any company that wants to keep their team motivated, fix any issues within their teams and have their own personal company social media platform.

Pros

I absolutely love how Heelix connects our large company together. We have almost 1,000 employees throughout the country so it can be hard to stay connected with everyone, but through Heelix, we are more connected than ever. I love being able to interact so easily with team members who live across the country through Heelix. Also, giving out 'shout outs' to my team members who do something awesome is a really great way to give them the recognition they deserve and to keep them motivated. And the stats prove it!

Cons

There's nothing that stands out to me about Heelix that I don't like.
