Cons: Expensive, bad support, crashes client's computer.

Overall: We used ISL to help one of our Mac clients. We enabled restart and resume as we needed to reboot several times during the maintenance. When we were done we signed of ISL as did the client. ISL kept trying to launch in the dock causing the client's computer to lose focus on the current app and be unusable. We rebooted the Mac to no avail. During normal business hours here in the states we could only reach one person, Alex, whether we called sales or support. He had no solution for us other than to escalate via an email, totally unacceptable.

A company who has been with us for many years and deliever high quality all around!

Comments: We are using the ISL Conference Proxy Server to support our European Customers remotely, mainly with ISL Light.

Pro:
- Good and competent Support
- Stable Connections
- Support for Linux/Mac and Windows Operating Systems

Con:
- Not possible to share a Remote Session (second person is not able to join a session)

ISL is the ONLY Remote software to use.

Comments: I have been offering remote assistance worldwide for some years now. I have tried most of the offerings. ISL is the one that does exactly what it should and more. I would not consider any other option. Also the support I get is second to none. As ISL has servers all over the world there is no issue with interruptions to the service. It's not just the remote support, I get a webinar portal, remote access to my desktop and a web chat on my site all bundled in for one low price.

Comments: ISL Online technical team have installed one Corporate Server License on each of our two internal servers and created a MJU Private Cloud, the system which offers nearly 100% reliability of the service.
