Overall is has been good. I have roughly 400 computers to deploy the software too and now that we have figured out the custom deployment with intune I have no doubt this will be a smooth deployment process.

Pros

Its a very easy to use piece of software and does exactly what I need it too with remote access. The ability to group computers together and assign different permissions for each user is great too.

Cons

Few issues around deployment with Intune the custom deployment link having /start instead of /download which was causing issues when we tried deploying to remote computers but after a couple support sessions we have resolved the issues and I'm quite happy with the customer services provided.

Rende l’attività più semplice, veloce e anche più stimolante per i sistemisti che l’utilizzano. Agire sul sistema remoto in maniera fluida e veloce, è come essere davanti alla postazione dell’utente o savanti al server non presidiato. Inoltre la possibilità di gestire più Clienti, rende la soluzione molto scalabile in termini di effort o impegno delle risorse.

Pros

, la facilità di instaurare una connessione con l’Utente finale, garantendo i requisiti di privacy, versatilità e adattabilità del software anche su dispositivi differenti (es. Tablet). Utilissima è la funzione di poter collaborare con altro team, o anche con altro tecnico sulla stessa istanza. La gestione dei gruppi utenti ci permette di tenere sotto controllo anche l’accesso di altri fornitori IT che devono prestare assistenza presso gli utenti. L’utilità di poter visualizzare contemporaneamente sulla stessa schermata anche il secondo monitor collegato all’host, la gestione come Administrator quando necessario, rende il tutto più semplice nell’effettuare interventi e troubleshooting. Abbiamo testato anche la parte voce per interagire con l’utente finale, e la dove l’infrastruttura di rete è ben concepita, il sistema risponde fantasticamente. Non per ultimo la garanzia del sistema MFA per interagire su postazioni non presidiate. Tuttavia ci teniamo a precisare, che anche se poco utilizzate e solamente provate, gli strumenti “Lavagna, Chat, Registra”, quando necessari rendono il nostro lavoro più professionale con impatto alto sulla qualità del servizio. Aggiungo la possibilità di integrarsi con i sistemi ITSM per la gestione dei ticket.

Cons

Nulla da dire in merito, in quanto non presenti alcuni dettagli negativ

We used the software for several years and are very satisfied with it. It is possible to combine the software with a local firewall.

Pros

It's reliable. The support is excellent. The license is unsophisticated. We can use our own server. Videos of all sessions can be created automatically on our server. It supports Windows, iOS, Android and Linux.

Cons

To date we didn't manage to automatically renew ssl certificates. We don't know of any further possibilities for improvement.

Pros

Reliable operation of ISL – it is important that you can rely on ISL, because there are never any issues, it always connects without problems, and it works very well even with lower connection speeds.

Cons

Easy connection, but screen sharing on Mac OSX requires additional setup. We’re still working on a solution...

I am very happy with the product, and will use it in the future. If anyone ask i will reccomend the product.

Pros

I like the most that i can see all monitors of the user and switching between them. And that can se administrator windows.

Cons

Sometimes its a bit slow. And i dont like that i have to enable every time administrator function. Sometimes is on sometimes i hawe turn it on again.

Have used this product for 15 years, and have never looked back. Much better and cheaper than Teamviewer.

Pros

It is easy to use - both for us and our customers. Really light. It is so nice that you can restart computers and still have remote connection!

Cons

Better support for Linux. The installation right now is a bit of a hassle on Arch / OpenSUSE. Please get to the AUR and Zypper repos!

Great, fast, support is always avaliable and fast, easy to use, a lot of funcitons that others don't have.

Pros

Automatic handling image quality depending on internet speed so I can work even if I'm out of office and on slow internet connection. Option to set up untendant access. Fast download and install of isl client even if they are using it for the first time.

Cons

Sometimes trouble with ctrl + C and ctrl + V not working when trying to copy text to client computer

Access user computers from anywhere for quick assistance. The user experience is good. Access to multiple monitors on computers is also OK.

Cons

Sometimes, it takes longer to refresh and access active computers (when it boots up). I have no other comments.

Pros

I just click one button and there I am, on the machine I need to troubleshoot and fix. It is super simple and easy.

Cons

Sometimes it will ask me to log in again randomly when trying to connect to a machine. It would be nice if it remembered my login.

Cons

I don't like how the administration tools are implemented, especially when you accidentally open UAC window you have to call user back as you can't press any buttons.

tem um bom layout, e para a finalidade que usávamos nos servia perfeitamente, é possível configurar acesso personalizado, é bem intuitivo.

não tenho nada o que reclamar, como usuária estou buscando aprimoramento na utilização de programas como esse.

I work in an environment that is split across several buildings, using all kinds of devices, as well as remote workers over VPN, and this has been absolutely essentially when it has come to managing these devices. It has saved us during COVID in 2020, and continues to perform solidly after so many years. From all the remote tools we've tested, this has consistently remained at the top, and I cannot be without it. Thanks ISL!

Pros

Fantastic ease of use and deployment - it has been a boon going through Intune, and having concurrent access to machines unattended.

Cons

Nothing I can think of right now, it has been a solid all rounder.
