The main features are good for connections with clients and the session maintain stable

Pros

For Client is Easy to install and give the control to Operator

Cons

In many occasions the session freeze and the keyboard can´t catch what the operator type, we need minimize window and restore again

Pros

El producto es muy sencillo de utilizar, facilitó mucho el trabajo luego de la problematica de la pandemía y no hubo problemas en utilizarlo.

Cons

No tengo ningún problema con este software.

Hulp op afstand, bedienen van onbemande pc's op afstand.

Pros

Wij gebruiken ISL Light. Het werkt altijd, het werkt soepel. Dat is voor ons een belangrijke basis. Daarnaast is de ISL AlwaysOn app ook een zeer handige functionaliteit. Kortom, reuze tevreden.

Cons

Tot nu toe niet kunnen vinden. Het doet wat het moet doen.

Teamviewer is relatief duur, ISL had een maatwerk oplossing voor ons. Het bedrijf is goed benaderbaar, en antwoord snel.

ISL Light helped us implement business processes, especially in cases of remote work (outside the office), and installing modules and programmes on computers as well as solving technical issues of our colleagues.

Pros

Easy integration with our existing business processes and easy to use. Overall satisfaction by all users.

Cons

We did not encounter features that would be difficult to use or would demand a change in our business processes.

All I can says is ISL is the best remote access software on the market.

Pros

I have been a long time user of ISL, both in my current role and my previous role as a director of an IT support company. I find ISL to be one of the easiest to use remote support systems, and without this system I would not be able to service my clients efficiently.

Cons

Nothing, for my requirements ISL is the perfect remote support software.

### "Handy for remote desktop"

Pros

The remote desktop works reasonably well, and it's our backup for when our primary remote desktop program, SimpleHelp, isn't able to run on a client's computer.

Cons

The chat features aren't great, which leads us to use other chat programs to talk to co-workers. The process for getting remote desktop access, our primary use, is a little cumbersome.

Lekker op afstand inloggen, zowel intern als van huis uit. Geen gedoe meer.

Cons

Bij meerdere schermen werkt het wel goed, maar moet je even snappen hoe het werkt. Voor mij was het onlogische bediening. Wat ook iets beter kan is dat we sneller op een bepaalde PC kunnen inloggen

It was a good choice and customer support is excellent.

Pros

It is easy to use. Very feature rich for both users and/or support team. Besides remote desktop access, it offer also web conferences, presentations. By installing on site proxy, you control all connections.

Cons

In presentations, there could be more supported file types to import.

We use ISL for customer support calls when we need to connect to a client's machine to solve an issue. It works well for this and we're happy with the product.

Pros

It's reliable and allows simple remote screen sharing or remote support for PCs and Macs

Cons

Cannot remote control an iPhone screen; doesn't always copy/paste perfectly between the remote machine and the host machine
