Es ist ein sehr gutes Werkzeug für die Fernwartung beim Kunden. Einfachen zu bedienen mit vielen tollen Features.

Pros

Es ist relativ unkompliziert zu handhaben und einen Neustart mit fortwährendem Zugriff durchführen zu können ist sehr hilfreich.

Cons

Mir fehlt die Möglichkeit, mich in einer ISL Sitzung unter einem anderen Benutzer am Server bzw. Rechner anmelden zu können - ohne rauszufliegen.

### "Good remote support system, real value for money"

we are using it for about 3 years now and would not return to what we used before. it helps us saving time a lot, certainly having nearly unlimited permanent agents to quickly unattended take over, help us react very quick and easy on customer questions for support etc.

Pros

We can quickly and easily assist users. We can create isl always on silent installer packages that just require 1 double click to install it on a system, no further config needed. Lets us share connections with co workers. The product most of the times just works, no hassle, just as it should be. No version hassles like competitors or extreme pricing for features. It has an API so we can nicely integrate it in our website so we can create easy ready to go sessions for clients without needing to pass ID's and passwords etc.

Cons

users get warnings about the isl download, they have to confirm downloading an unsafe file... copy-pasting from outside into a session is sometimes troublesome, luckily there is the paste-keyboard type option which always works isl always on agents may sometimes take multiple minutes to show online after booting or rebooting a machine. file transfer could be handier. less fit for Mac,

Pros

ISL Light is provided as a small download, and after start it is easy to handle. It opens up, you give the session code, thats it.

Cons

Some few applications do not allow to share the screen for security reasons. So ISL Light will show in this case the screen in black.

The experience is very good, both for the user and the administrator, ease of connection, connection to multiple operating systems, it also has many utilities for remote management, whiteboard, copy, multiple screens, black screen, restart and reconnect. After trying several tools, this is the best.

Pros

What I like most about ISL is the ease of connection, the environment and file transfer, it has many additional utilities, one of the ones I use the most is writing text from the clipboard for when it doesn't allow pasting on the type of screen.

Cons

It does not have any negative points, it is a good tool, we have been using it for many years and we have not had any problems. For mac os it is a bit complicated to control but that is the fault of mac os security

La mia esperienza é oltre modo positiva anche per l'assistenza che viene data oltre il postvendita.

Pros

Nella mia esperienza con un installazione on site, la possibilità di poter effettuare l'installazione silente, distribuita e non presidiata su tutta la mia rete aziendale che conta di piú di mille dispositivi é una della caratteristiche che ho apprezzato di piú. La creazione di utenti e gruppi che mi permettono di poter dar visibilità ai vari tecnici solo del necessario. Anche su linee lente ho trovato buone prestazioni di fluidità, la sicurezza AES256 mi da la sicurezza che cerco insieme all' autenticazione a 2 fattori (caratteristica ormai imprescindibile). Ci sono caratteristiche apprezzabili coma la condivisione dello schermo con piú tecnici e la possibilità di passare l'attività ad altro utente é una funzione apprezzabile me che non utilizzo molto.

Es ist sehr angenehm die Benutzer über ISL zu unterstützen. Auch mehrere Bildschirme werden klasse dargestellt. Das Übertragen von Dateien ist gut gelöst und funktioniert bestens.

Pros

Die Verbindungsqualität ist auch über das Mobilfunknetz prima. Das die EDV dem Benutzer den Code durchgibt und nicht umgekehrt.

Cons

Das bei einigen Anwendungen der Bildschirm schwarz bleibt. Beispiel KeePass (Windows) und Ondrive (Android)

Pros

Es un producto muy estable y fácil de manejar. La asistencia remota a clientes es muy rápida, con sus funciones a destacar como el inicio en modo seguro, la opción de grabar sesiones, gestión de múltiples pantallas, transferencia de ficheros. Una aplicación imprescindible para el soporte remoto. La función de isl always (asistencia desatendida) a parte de lo expuesto antes, a destacar la opción de escritorio remoto. Un producto altamente recomendable.

Cons

Gestión de dispositivos de sonido cuando se entabla una videollamada de soporte.

My experience is very good so far, and I have nothing to complain about the use I have of this application. Very good responsiveness of the support by the chat. With the development of telecommuting, it was more than necessary to find a good takeover solution in order to be able to solve the problems that some users might encounter. The feedback I got from users after using this solution was very positive

Pros

The possibility of using the "IsAlways On" feature which allowed me to give access to certain service providers on a specific machine without having to open a VPN connection for them which would require more complexity of use. Also the ease of taking control of the colleague's pc to troubleshoot them and the many options and settings possible once connected.

Cons

For the moment nothing really displeased me about isl.
