je l'utilise principalement pour aider mes clients à distance, j'ai besoin que cela soit rapide simple et efficace . Cela parait simple mais tous les soft déjà utilisé, ne m'ont pas apporté autant de satisfaction.

Pros

l'interface convivial, surtout pour la gestion des différents poste client, la gestion des groupes etc. et la sécurité reconnus pour nos clients

Cons

pas vraiment un inconvénient, juste que je ne l'utilise pas la partie audit.

Cela fait maintenant plus de 10 ans que nous nous utilisons cette solution très simple et très abordable financièrement.

Pros

Logiciel très simple de prise en main, paramétrable et facile à déployer par GPO par exemple.

Cons

Parfois les clients ISL déployés sur les pc's perdent la connexion avec le serveur.

Excellent logiciel, facilité coté utilisateur par le fait de pouvoir leur envoyé un lien de connexion par mail pour rejoindre la cession de support.

Pros

La possibilité d'activer le Mode Administrateur en cours de prise en main à distance pour pouvoir installer et dépanner les postes à distance.

Cons

Forcément un peu dépanadant de la qualité de la connexion internet des deux postes mis en relation.

Great to use for anyone in the IT profession.

Its ease of use Quick remote desktops to multiple clients Easily deployed to all my clients and end user machines Filtering of clients on the ISL page Search feature

Cons

Screen quality can be hit and miss but not a major issue Connection speed can be slow sometimes but i guess thats also attributed to the speed on the clients end

Overall this has been a great tool. I have used many other software in this field but so far this one is the best value.

Pros

Very easy to use. Has everything you could ask for in a remote desktop application. UI is easy to navigate and understand.

Cons

The only con I could even give it is when you set unattended access and then go to connect to that machine it downloads and executable every time. You can just label and save that .exe and use it instead of clicking the connect in the portal. Having more than 500 end users though I just do not want to have to dig through .exe's to find the one I want.

Desde que conocí esta herramienta en 2009, supe que era la solución para el tipo de servicio que prestamos. Es económico, fácil de usar y muy completo.

Pros

La facilidad para manejar esta herramienta permite que cualquier persona nueva que llega a nuestra empresa se adapta rápidamente.

Cons

Todo me gusta de la herramienta. Sin embargo, cuando trabajamos con varios usuarios (clientes) conectados la opción CTRL+C no nos funciona. Utilizamos mucho los comandos de teclado.

Por costos y seguridad. a) Team Viewer es excesivemente costoso y no ofrece todas las herramientas que incluye ISL con una licencia básica. b) Con Team Viewer se puede configurar acceso sin previa autorización del usuario final (Clave predeterminada). ISL ofrece ese nivel de seguridad en el que únicamente se da la conexión si el usuario final la solicita y está pendiente. Con ISL se peude acceder pero con otra aplicación y es para otro tipo de casos.
