We are replacing our prior MLS provider which started to fail us about 2 months ago. We have contracted with another provider and are working to integrate that now. Home Inspector Real Estate Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Homehubzone" August 30, 2018 4.0 Pros I like the ability to use it on any platform and the room-by-room feature. Also, the price can't be beat. Cons The included report narratives could be much better. The software is often glitchy, and I have to log in/log out to restore functionality. Several real estate agents have mentioned having trouble logging in to view the client's report. I don't like how "observations" don't show up in the summary, and I'd like the ability to change the "in working order" heading in case it's not appropriate for what I'm trying to convey to the clients. Can be customized to the effect of your liking in which the order you inspect. Let's you see completion of the inspection so you don't leave something out. Cons Doesn't download listed homes on to the software . You manually have to enter all the information about the home. Not a real deal breaker . Review Source MR Misty R. Owner Real Estate Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Lots of potential" August 30, 2018 3.0 Pros HomeHub zone is easy to use and cuts down on reporting time compared to other software that I've used. I like the app and the instant upload speed from app to online. It's online and app based, so I can use the program from my chromebook. Cons Some descriptions have bad punctuation and grammer. Lacking some defects and defective items. (I've added a number of my own, which is an easy process) A number of realtors have expressed negative opinions on the layout and lack of the word "defect" on major items. Review Source KT Ken T. There customer service is excellent and very helpful. I am very satisfied and enjoy using the program. Give me the opportunity to give my clients a very professional report on the spot after and inspection. Pros 1.I like that it has many different features that I can arrange how I want in order to do my inspection in the order that I want to do it. 2. Very organized 3. Very professional looking 4.Online availability for my clients day and night Cons 1.Slow to download at times and I print on site after an inspection and it makes it difficult. 2.Certain things you are not allowed to put into the address label and I have not found where that list is in order to prevent doing it.
