Pros El servicio al cliente es excelente. Si tengo algún problema, me comunico con las líneas de servicio y puedo irme a dormir sabiendo que mi problema al otro día estará solucionado. La capacitación para la implementación de la solución fue muy detallada y posterior a esta hubo un acompañamiento ,que nos permitió solucionar dudas que fueron surgiendo en el camino. Por razones de trabajo me muevo a veces en zonas peligrosas, pero estos dispositivos generan en mi familia tranquilidad y seguridad en cuánto a que saben mi ubicación en tiempo real. Pros Es un producto muy sencillo para el usuario, se maneja todo desde una aplicación móvil súper intuitiva, que no necesita mayor conocimiento o experiencia previa. El proceso de instalación es fácil y rápido, sin afectar para nada la apariencia o funcionamiento del vehículo y la capacitación y atención recibida ha sido estupenda. Cons Yo decidí NO colocar algunas funciones, pues el instalador lo recomendó para no afectar la garantía de los vehículos, pero veo que no fue la mejor decisión. Aunque no las hecho de menos (aún), no le estoy sacando todo el provecho a las funcionalidades. Pros Permite hacer seguimiento en tiempo real de los vehículos que tenemos, lo que nos permite hacer seguimiento al comportamiento de los conductores en la vía; por lo que se ha convertido en parte fundamental para gestionar la seguridad vial de nuestra organización.
