Pros Jarvis is easy to learn and use, however, it lacks functionality. They have been "upgrading" their system for over a year-page by page. Its cost effective and simple, but does not have a lot of the newer features. The landing page looks generic. Cons Exporting to finance is always a problem. Reports are decent, but not customizable enough. The refund process is difficult and created finance issues. Lacks customization to make platform branded. We have not heard anything from your organization concerning the items mentioned or any functionality you may require that Jarvis does not have. We feel we have all the functionality needed to run a Park and Recreation Department, so it may be a matter of not realizing this functionality exists. In regards to exporting to finance, I don't believe you will find any other product that automates this- with others requiring manual entry. We will have to disagree that our product is 'cheap', and you get very little. Jarvis has many years of enhancements based on client feedback (something other organizations do not do). We pride ourselves in making sure our clients get the functionality they need, and if not there, do our best to incorporate it.
