The modular basis of the programme allows you to 'dip in and out' to suit time constraints and also allows you to jump to the topic of interest/need very quickly for refresher training or to grab a quick insight. Pros The modular basis allowing total flexibility to learning and the relevant course topics and subject content - clearly derived from actually talking to professionals in the market to understand what is required. For example, if I am scheduled to have a meeting with an employee to go over their performance and need to point out problem areas, I want to quickly and easily access insights that will help me to best prepare for such a meeting. I do not have the time to go through a lengthy series of long winded videos that crawl towards an eventual outcome. Skilful.co is one of the rare sites that finds the balance between providing meaningful information in a concise fashion that delivers the expertise I require on a timely basis. The series of videos are usually short 3 minutes or so, yet are packed with useful tips that can be easily applied. Pros Ease of access and navigation within a short and concise video format that accelerates the learning process. Cons At this point, and after several reviews, there are none. I will of course be reviewing all of the materials offered through the various series. Also, it will be great to see if there will be a comment section created as well as a community of users who can share their own experiences and outcomes with regard to using the software.
