As a small business owner, you'll find it hard to afford it. If you can, give it a try. Pros A review management tool that lets you manage reviews about your product or service from multiple channels. Some of the leading features and pros include: 1. Supports multiple channels. 2. Smooth integration with mailchimp and social media networks. 3. Easy-to-use. Cons Well, it is very expensive, I must say. If you compare the features with the price, you’d realize that a lot of other tools are offering better features at a lower price.
