### "Very comprehensive help desk software at such a low price"

We use faveo to automate our ticket reporting, assignment and resolution. It's a one stop solution for our entire team members across departments (support, operations, tech) to manage customer related tickets.

Pros

The thing I like most about faveo is that it's simple to start with but you can customize it extensively based on your business needs. We automated our ticket management just the way we wanted it to be. I had found doing this difficult in other applications. Even if the option was there, the other options in market are pretty expensive. With that, prompt support from faveo team is a great add on. After trying 3-4 solutions, we've finally fixed faveo as our ticketing system and have been using it for more than a year with a team of 10+.

Cons

Feature wise there doesn't seem to be anything missing. At least we haven't needed a new feature so far. We've had issues couple of times when things were not working as expected but they were resolved promptly.

Pricing point for the given feature set made the difference while making the purchase. Other options were only cheaper to start with, but faveo's price has been affordable even with larger team size.

Customization options were not there and it was pretty expensive. Also, buggy at times.

Very good product, we had some issues with slowness in peak times despite having quite good hardware. It was also a bit difficult to work with the API docs and some things in the APi but the product itself is great!

Pros

The new elea assistant looks very cool and exciting! Seems like they are working on quite a few nice changes and keeping the system up to date with current times

Cons

The fact that if you move a ticket to another department it wont auto assign. And its lacking some automation parameters like "hasAttachment"

I have overall good experience with Faveo, except some, which is obvious while using any product, in my opinion if we discuss together then obviously we will overcome this.

Pros

Its good product, however i would some fore features which needs to be implemented. Other companies like Freshdesk has already implemented these features.1. Live Chat.2. BOT (Whatsapp, telegram)3. Internal chat between employees.

Cons

1.In my opinion Support during night time will be more helpful, because businesses where 24x7 environment present they to to deploy or upgrade or troubleshoot during less rush hours which is available only in night time.2. Need more transparency in terms of business.

Pros

Deployment was straightforward and it's very customisable. The interface is responsive. Workflow controls are comprehensive. Many of the agents using Faveo actually like using it. Support has always been brilliant and attentive. It's an extremely high value proposition for many helpdesk functions.

Cons

In my experience, the Service Desk related features feel immature and aren't feature-rich enough for some uses / situations. With time I'm sure they'll develop into something very useful. But the negative is that this will take time in my opinion. If you want straightforward helpdesk functionality, Faveo is a good contender.

It is a good and functional application to ease workflow and better manage especially if the business is involved in technical support.

Pros

Besides being a helpdesk that receives ticket's, it's knowledge-base functionality allows us to add multiple categories and articles for our colleagues and customers to look at and perform tasks better as all the resources can be uploaded into the same application. There is also custom pages that can be used to host links to software updates etc.,

Cons

Its back end user interface, however over the years it has greatly improved. But may need a bit of improvement on their mobile app to be more friendly.

Contacts not working, Reports missing on time tracking. System update banner should only be visible to admins.Admins should be able to update and back up the system without Faveo Engineers.
