We struggled with miscommunication between dispatch and field staff. Now everything is synced, and everyone is on the same page.

Pros

Everything is in one platform—scheduling, CRM, dispatch, and GPS tracking. Real-time updates are incredibly useful.

Cons

There are limited third-party integrations. We'd love to connect it more easily with our accounting software.

It has greatly improved the flow in our business. We use it for Quoting, invoicing and scheduling.

Pros

That it can be customized to your business. Most programs I looked at would not do that.

Cons

Sometimes getting changes done takes longer then I would like.

I needed to drag myself out of the stone age to the digital age. I still like paper but with everything being available online, it does make the flow of things signifagantly easier. We have gone from 6 large filing cabnets to 1 and that one, will be gone soon.

Very Good. Customer service is an great. I email a question and in a short time I get my answer. In the beginning there was online training by linking computers.

Pros

Program was set up with customer, Job site, and material data was transferred completely. Material data contains thousands of items, all transferred completely. Programmer was very easy to work with when system was set up

Cons

No ability to sort job sites. Company is working on an update

Wintac was purchased by another company. they shut Wintac down and wanted us to switch to there VERY expensive alternative. That is when I search and found Your Radar.

Pros

Having invoicing and scheduling in one platform reduced data entry as well being able to had to the schedule without having to recreate each job.

Cons

Field app is sometimes hard to view due to size on cell phone screen

The experience has been good. The software has been tailored to our needs. The software keeps track of employees time, jobs to be completed and how long it took to finish each job. The timesheet surveys are good for due diligence.
