Overall, it's working for us. I think we could work on some improvements for the cost associated, but overall I like it for what we're using it for.

Pros

I like the ease of use related to the Apps that are available and setting the expirations and lengths for posting our content.

Cons

My boss wanted to have our 5 core competencies to rotate each week, but there's no way to automate it (on my end without help) and make it stick. I opened a ticket for it, but I didn't get a true fix. So I just have to set an alarm and remember to go change all of the dates regularly, which is not fun. The monitors sometimes go offline or the slides "stick" and "lag". I want to use a certain layout, but the one that scrolls across the bottom doesn't work well with the content (ESPN) that we wanted to use, so a lot of times it's an empty section or it's stuck on the screen and we have to clear it out. We also have to send refreshes to the device alot. There for a while, it was turning off by itself, too.

Reasons for choosing ScreenCloud

The cons told me to steer clear of the others due to lots of connectivity issues, display issues, lack of troubleshooting support docs, having to reach out directly to support. From what we found, screencloud looked very intuitive and had a lot of options.

Pros

I love the ease of use in setup, updates, and display management. The customer support is great and adds more value for our money. TV compatibility made it easy to choose devices, and security made the choice easy.

Cons

The designer application still needs a bit more work. I am still using 3rd party applications to design the media.

Very happy, easy to use with a great application selection. I have also had great luck with screen cloud support, granted I have only needed their help on a handful of occasions.

Pros

Easy to use web interface makes managing our 150+ screens very simple. We have devices across the US and I can manage them remotely.

Cons

We have some issues with our Brightsign players outputting only black but showing healthy in screens manager.

We have been using ScreenCloud for over 2 years, with more than 48 screens across 15 different locations. Really love the ease of use, the centralized management, and the super quick setup

Pros

Ease of use and setup, a wide variety of app integration, a very friendly user interface for content management and playlist scheduling, and Single sign-on that made our IT Team's life easier

Cons

One thing that could improve is the Dashboards; it is an amazing tool that helped us create many dashboards for our users, but it still needs some work

It was incredibly easy to be trained on as the backend is very straightforward. Companies could really train anyone to use it.

Pros

It's been an easy to learn, simple user interface to upload screen slides to. I haven't had an issue over a couple years of using it - even with multiple people across many departments using it!

Cons

If I could upload one slide to all my channels, while keeping all the channels as is with their unique slides, that'd be great and a significant time saver!

ScreenCloud is user friendly, accommodating, and makes sharing information easy, fun, and interactive.

Pros

I love how easy it is to Create the exact postings needed for our Middle School Students. Canvas is so easy to use, and the template feature means we can share updates quickly. RSS feed sharing is straightforward and makes for dynamic displays that grab the student's attention.

Cons

We would love to have our District and School posts from X showing again. In the school setting, the person that holds the social media accounts is not necessarily the person that manages ScreenCloud. This makes for a different dynamic and I wish it was easier to share.

Very positive, they have good support and are able to resolve my issues quickly without fuss. Well worth using for the ease of setup.

Pros

ease of setup and screen management. I like that I can add multiple screens and manage them with either the same or different solutions.

Cons
