Pros: The functionality of this sofrware is very useful fol health proffesionals.

I like to use it during my practice.

Cons: due to heavy engine sometimes its pretty slow.

Interface is pretty clumpsy,however for me its not a big issue.

Pros: Carl and team are great to work with and very attentive.

Cons: The accuracy and QC of data entry - there are errors in every report I run that must be corrected. The lag time and time it takes to run a report. Reports take a lot of time to customize to allow the information to be circulated. The lack of ability to work with other software - Oracle and Workday. The dashboard lacks detailed portfolio/contract information.

Pros: Everything in one spot and detailed out.

Cons: Doesn't seem to go back to previous page when you want to go back, will take you to the beginning of a section instead of just one page back. Attachments are not intuitive, it's not obvious where they are in the layout.

Pros: Easy to use on-boarding / app cues software, gives you an easy way to solve small UX-problems.

Cons: Unresponsive customer support. Tried to reach out multiple times without answer.

Pros: Ability to see all locations and their lease documents

Cons: The Leasing costs aren't up to date regarding what we are paying today.

I would like to see an email or alert come to the COO when a lease has an annual increase. (We missed 2 of these in NMX this year.)

Overall: My experience has been good.

Pros: I like all the different functionalities and how you can link to videos and links. The customizations of the messages are great as well.

Cons: It's kinda hard to use and a little frustrating when you need to be on the webpage the tour will be on. Also, I wish there was a way to hide the chameleon icon on the software.
