Pros: We use SAP and Vertex is our sole host. The Vertex Organization is very proactive and attentive to our needs and requirements. As a government entity, we have to follow many rules, regulations, ordinances, laws, etc. Vertex is always by our side when the system needs updating and work in concert with us to ensure we have what we need to conduct our business. They follow up and very engaged with us and my team.

Overall: Very user friendly and provides information and data needed to ensure our customers are receiving correct billing information.
