My overall experience with Leap has been fantastic. It helps keep everything super organized and I always can find pictures or anything I need for any job.

Pros

Everything is very organized and where it needs to be in the contractor management is amazing The app offers a fair price for what you get.

Cons

I have not had any issues with Leap other than the occasional signing out of your account sometimes, but I understand it can be for security reasons

Good, one of the better CRMs I’ve used. It takes a lot to get a “good” remark for me so that alone means a lot.

Pros

Crm platform is clean and seamless UI. I like how it also won’t let you move forward without necessary fields populated.

Cons

Refresh population when you deselect a contract type. I wish information would stay populated. Aside from that, nothing.

We have used it for 6+ years and find it essential to producing high level documents. We like that it syncs seamlessly with measurement tools.

Pros

Easy to use Great way to collect all info , contracts , etc in one place Like the integrated sales & operations feature

Cons

Could be faster and more intuitive (AI features). Being in Canada we don’t get the same live supplier integrations.

Across the last two quarters I have used Leap for sending Friday contractor payouts from a phone. We currently run it as part of the normal week, not as a one-off trial. A typical in-person collection that used to stall at the desk now finishes before the client is out the door. The personal-feeling payment screen still matters for our clients; they treat it like paying a person, which is why they actually complete it. For a team our size it has been a clear yes, and we are staying on it. Consider covering these topics to make your review more helpful:.

Pros

Our week around closing the day by matching each transfer to a job name is cleaner because of Leap. Mobile payments are not a novelty for us; they are how the front desk finishes checkout while the client is still standing there. We get fewer next-morning 'did my payment go through?' messages than we did with bank-transfer confirmations. The personal-feeling payment screen still matters for our clients; they treat it like paying a person, which is why they actually complete it.

Cons

The thing I liked least about Leap is that some parts of the interface feel a bit clunky when you’re trying to move fast. It works, but it definitely takes a little getting used to.

Switched from

[Freshdesk](https://www.capterra.com/p/124981/Freshdesk/)

I switched from Freshdesk to Leap because Leap felt more streamlined for the way I handle daily tasks. It gave me a faster, more organized workflow without all the extra steps Freshdesk requires.

I love it. It was hard to get used to in the beginning switching from paperwork for so many years to computer but once I got used to it it was a huge upgrade. Not convenient after a hurricane when nobody has electric or internet

Pros

Convenient when reviewing previous customers. When customers want to place additional orders I don’t have to drive to their home. It can be sent through email.

Cons

Glitches. It seems the glitches happened pretty often in the beginning however it seems they have become less and less

Leap has been foundational to our business. It’s the backbone for the full sales process. Every time I have wanted to do something I think the software can’t do customer support shows me the way.

Pros

The onboarding and personal touch has been fantastic. Customer support with our agent is almost instantaneous.

Cons

The only issues we have ran into with leap is it can be a little slow at times and creating forms is cumbersome. They are updating it to make forms easier.

Been using it for 2.5 years now. Ive never explored another company because ive been satisfied this whole time.

Pros

I like how its a one stop shop for all of my needs. Customer numbers, emails, photos, documents, text reminders. I don't know if i could ever switch to another crm.

Cons

Sometimes it doesn't upload all of the photos I selected in my photo library. So then i have to go back and decipher which photo wasnt uploaded.

Well the things I mentioned above have been my biggest headaches with the app and make me want to rip my hair out. But overall it still is a good app, and allows me and the team to do everything we need to do to give the best estimate and get it relayed over to production team, so at the end of the day, that’s what it’s supposed to do and it does it well.

Pros

I like the straightforward nature of the app. We are able to do everything we need to do with this app and relatively easy to accomplish as well. Our company has been using the app for a long time i think and it’s gotten many jobs completed and across the finish line.

Cons

There are several glitches with with app, mainly with submitting workbooks, where it will just take FOREVER to send out, even if I have 3 bars of sermon on my tablet. There are several times when I’m doing a workbook, and i have to go check something on a different section in the app, mainly estimates, and when i click the back button, leap will lock up and my iPad will reboot the app and I’ve then just lost everything I was working on and have to start over. Frustrating. It happens nearly every time I do that without fail. So I’ve learned to avoid doing this at all costs and now i go check the estimate from the signed contract in my email inbox instead. But it would be nice to be able to leave the workbook for a second, visit another section and have it NOT lock up every time.

Soso I like it, but I don’t like it on days. That connection is bad. I wish I was able to use it on my phone and my iPad at the same time.

Pros

I like how everything is a one stop shop. I can find what I need easily. I have resources for help if I need it.

Cons

It runs like an old Dell computer. Very slow, API gateway. It should be able to run on more than one device at a time.
