That any changes put into Bernie Portal are automatically imported to our payroll provider as well as insurance providers.

Cons

I would like to be able to decide what information is imported to payroll provider (i.e. sometimes information is sent to payroll provider that does not need to go).

Rolka Loube is very happy with BerniePortal and is excited to keep using the portal/new services for years to come.

Pros

All around good product/software. The team(s) at BerniePortal are always there to help and are extremely professional every time I have spoken to them.

Cons

The only con I would say that I have would be with the PTO feature we have set up. It has been giving us issues almost the entire time we have been using it. But will say that BerniePortal is always there to help with those issues.

Pros

I liked that I didn't have to post separately on Indeed.

Cons

Lots of things are missing, and my biggest feature improvement recommendation would be in the onboarding. It doesn't allow candidates to save and return at a later time. Also, candidates cannot sign on to actual documents; they have to download the attachment to read the documents. I could go on about how minimalistic this software is.
