Overall, this appears to be an asset to our company.

Pros

I like the fact that there are multiple ways to view your reports for employees. The ease and speed of access is greatly appreciated.

Cons

So far, nothing negative to say, however this is our first year using this software.

We've only had it for a couple of months, but so far so good.

Pros

The way the questions on the screens flow. The questions are straight forward easy for the employee to answer.

Cons

The new employee has to download their W4 and I9. The employer should do it.
