Nous l'utilisons aussi pour réactiver des clientes inactives. Il s'agit de proposer quelque chose de différent. Pros Le produit est très intuitif et la palette de jeux étendue. Le support est aussi génial dans la mesure où le Help desk répond parfois dans les 10 minutes. Cons Bien qu'on puisse customiser la plupart des jeux, dès qu'on sort de la zone par défaut, avec les spécificités du secteur, ce n'est pas possible. Je commence à peine à le découvrir et il me tarde de déployer des campagnes créatives. Les possibilités sont nombreuses (jeux concours, quizz...) et servent beaucoup de leviers marketing (engagement de la communauté, lead génération, ciblage client). Je recommande vraiment cette plateforme. Cons J'ai parfois besoin d'un accompagnement pour l'utilisation de fonctionnalités. A beautiful dashboard, where we can find datas and statistics in a couple of seconds. And most of all, a great team always ready to answer and help customers. Pros Easy to use, intuitive, user-friendly, very nice on the eye front-end vise (end consumer point of view), many different options for gamification. Cons Does not work very well when posted on Facebook - no picture is included, and when picture is added manually, the CTA-link disappears. Other suppliers have better Facebook-setup.
