It's a great an "all-in-one" solution that provides great value by reducing the need for multiple, separate software subscriptions.

Pros

The ability to send digital, professional estimates and invoices, along with two-way communication tools (including text and email).

Cons

The application sometimes lags or "stucks," with some users noting it can run slowly. It may also switch to offline mode unexpectedly if the internet connection is weak.

lots of useful features. chat support responds almost instantly, to assist with any questions or fixes needed. very affordable compared to others

Cons

there are little bugs in the interface. but they are improving as time has gone on. nothing major just minor mostly delayed updating on some things during invoice editing

The app is fast and partially could work in offline mode. Technical documentation and labor estimates for each vehicle(s) are available.

Cons

There were difficulties in integrating the ARC app with other softwareб I had to contact tech support for help.

I would like to point out the following good features: inventory and auto parts, labor estimates and maintenances, search for vehicles by VIN or license plate number.

Cons

Financial reports can be made more configurable. Also, there is no option to choose which invoices will be synced yo QuickBooks.

A convenient application. It has all the necessary tools needed to manage an auto repair shop. I especially want to note the two-way communication with clients.

I went through a large number of different auto repair applications. The AutoRepair Cloud turned out to be the most optimal: inexpensive, but at the same time quite functional.

Cons

Of course, it has some disadvantages (ex., some cosmetic issues or a slight freeze), but they are not critical.

The domain page of shop, although poorly configurable, but looks very attractive to my customers. The quote/repair order page is also good: I can customize it to suit my needs.

Cons

The parts order and inventory pages are quite complex to understand and there are not enough instructions for them.

Pros

The dashboard is very cool: I can quickly find any information through the search or quickly add an appointment, quote or inspection.

Cons

There are no serious problems. The only downside is that it is very difficult to find some features.

I really like technical documentation for vehicles, especially technical service bulletins and OBD trouble codes descriptions. Integrated ordering and purchasing of parts via various suppliers also seems good.

Cons

Search by license plate number does not always find the vehicle. Sometimes unexpected errors are occurred, which, however, are not reproduced again.
