"Great alternative to Google Analytics"

**Pros:** Heap is really powerful web analytics platform that creates custom dashboards for retrieving the data. The thing I love about this platform is its extensive visualization capabilities. It tracks the user behavior at each step of the journey and helps in CRO.

**Cons:** The cost of the tool can be a lot higher for small businesses
