February 16, 2017 4.0 I've been using Target process for over 2 years now and it just keeps getting better and better. Great customer service! They always keep an open mind about customer requests and feedback. Pros The freedom the users have to create and plan just about any kind of test for anything. I use Jira at work and for sure this is a strong competitor. Pros \- Aligned with agile methodologies. - Reports are easy to create and customizable. - It has all the features we need and it's really easy to use. - Very flexible and nice UI. - Integration with git is great. However, not very pleased with the mobile app. Also, the product sometimes undergoes sweeping changes that has taken me by surprise (some views I was using were deprecated). It's possible to use simply as a basic kanban board with cards in different states, or by continuing to add depth and complexity - such as releases, sprints, test plans, cross-team projects and assignments. The new TP3 interface is exceptionally customizable, allowing our team to see the information that we need at a glance - no information shared is lost. The team had zero resistance with the tool hence the processes got deployed themselves. Report takes a bit of getting used to but once you understand the semantics it is an easy job. The interface is easy to use and understand once you get used to it. It took a bit of time to get used to on my own but when my Co worker showed me the features I grasped it quickly. It's a little hard to print reports though. That's the biggest down side. But they have a published API. So if we had the time we could export the data to get the reports we needed.
