The help chat is very good and if it can’t answer you then your enquiry goes through to a liver person. Most issues are sorted quickly. **Pros:** It’s easy to use and get used to. Once you have spent some time learning the software, the app is quite intuitive. Adding in the service reports has been a game changer! **Cons:** Mobile app performance issues on older devices. Sometimes certain functions and buttons do not respond the first time.
