Pros
This is a great software, all the staff are happy to use the app and web version, quick to up-load on the go when you are rushing. A must have for every gardening/landscaping business.
Overall i am extremely happy and would recommend to anyone. The boys are extremely helpful and fast acting.
Find it fairly seamless and quick, easy to use, stores a lot of information about site history which is useful. The Sortscape product support has also been excellent and quick.
Sortscape has been a lifesaver for my business. It keeps track of all my ongoing jobs, creates a nice tidy database of all my clients, it keeps track of all previous visits (Date,work done + more).
Cons
Difficulty to drag and drop on handheld devices e.g. iPhones and iPads.
Inability to add that a visit to a site just for a quote. Have to create it as a job.
During the time I’ve used the product, which now is a little over two years, I think I’ve experienced only two or three outages, which each lasted for no more than five minutes.
Inability to go through the schedule to attach a photo to a job that won’t disappear after the first visit.

Cons: Very little. Bugs are usually fixed very quickly. A few features not available yet that some other apps have but have been advised it's on the roadmap and they're great in rolling things out in a timely fashion.

Overall: The team at sortscape has always been super proactive. The software they have created had minimal faults, however, if there has been something I have struggled with, they have been quick with their response, offering suggestions or ulterior suggestions.
Pros: Me and my team leave the easily organised sections of the app. Being able to quickly make changes as our workload changes day to day.
Cons: The only downside, is if my team have split days on different jobs but all join in one job at the end of the day, we have to itemise this separately, but this is a minor downfall which is easily overcome by the creation of different job runs

Pros: Unlike a lot of the scheduling software available Sortscape keeps it simple and doesn't try to be a full blown accounting package. I have tried nearly all scheduling software available and most you pay for features that are replicated in your accounting software which only complicates the issues. Apart from that The support service is above and beyond anything on the market.
Cons: One small thing which really isn't a big issue is the lack of a time slot allocation but there is a work around if this is an issue but honestly once you work with the system a while it's no big deal.

Overall: I have solved a headache of spreadsheets , this app has truly made my life so easy I can not even explain,I went from a spread sheet with 30 jobs I used to manually change dates every day, to a active customer base now of 3161 jobs I couldn't even imaging using a spread sheet for that many jobs.

Cons: 1 feature would be good if you could some how type in the invoice number and it raiser that job up, I personally add a invoice number to every job, some times I need to find that job I know I can search the address but sometimes I have been to this address 50 plus times as well, so If I could search invoice number as well.

Overall: The ease of use of the whole system from scheduling to routing as well as tracking all past visit history.
Pros: integration was very easy once everything was automatically uploaded from Xero, and it was very user friendly, within a day I was able to use it as it was so easy to pick up and any issues you just message the guys and they will get back with either an answer or they will solve the issue for you.
Cons: No one program is going to fit any business model fully, you have to adapt around the programming but it just seems to work well. if there was a negative it would be that the photos taken do not seem to stay attached forever and it would be nice to attach files and have a chemical sheet but that said we are using the issues part which so far seems to hold all customer details needed.

Pros: Been using Sortscape for a couple of years now and I couldn't imagine running the business without it. Never have to worry about forgetting to schedule a client in and definitely don't need the old school pen and paper diary anymore. Plus they connect to Xero making invoicing a lot faster! Honest can't recommend them enough, I even asked them to raise prices as they provide way more value than we are paying.
Cons: The only thing that would be nice is to have invoices go straight from Sortscape into Xero and sent out to customers. At the moment it goes to draft and then you need to approve and email. But they are working on this as they have told me. The other thing would be to add a note to each day and be able to drag it in between clients. For example if I have to pick up something from the mower shop, I could create a note, and drag that to be placed after the last job that closest to the mower shop.

Overall: Overall, this product has cut my scheduling and paperwork time down tremendously. I used to use google calendar, spreadsheets and various trials with other software and this has been the best so far. When i had staff they were able to leave notes for each job that you could see in the office and after they completed jobs they could leave issues that get addressed next visit. I honestly cant imagine running the business without it now it so powerful and time saving.

Cons: There is really not much to say about it on the negative side, once you get used to using it, it becomes a crucial part of the business and saves a lot of time scheduling! There could be some minor tweaks on the mobile app but its 100% user friendly and i have no issues. The boys at sortscape are working day in and day out and always putting out updates and improvements where they can, so this product is bound to just keep getting better and better.

Pros: We are beyond thrilled with SortScape. We searched for 2 years and tried numerous industry specific products and came across SortScape on Google. The customer support and service coupled with the simple, easy use is what sold us. We couldn't be happier and do not plan on changing at all. Pros: The ease at which i can set my schedule up and then sortscape takes care of all the mundane task and with a click of a button your job gets repopulated. Very easy to keep a track of your padt jobs. The options of having a map of your job locations is also a very handy feature
Cons: Having colour codes that you could put on each category for example lawn mowing comes up green, hedges come up blue and so forth.
