Amazing, makes me want to work with the software as opposed to being a drag and adding admin work. The onsite team loves the app, and so useful in so many ways for our structural landscaping and garden maintenance business.

Pros

Besides the amazing functionality, and user friendly phone app, I love the dedication of the support team. I have asked multiple questions throughout the 4 years we have been using sortscape and they have made changes to address my tickets and questions. Cannot recommend the team or software/app highly enough.

Cons

Does not link up with Xero Projects yet, but the team is great and I'm sure if multiple people ask about it they can get it linked up.

Amazing always can get support and help the videos and tips through ai support make it easy to figure things out if needed

Pros

Saves me heaps of time and is soo easy for all employees to use. Love the optimisation of the route . Invoicing integration with Xero

Cons

Price per user would be better than 5 or ten for example if I have 6 . Would be great if you can pay per user

Great the support staff when I was setting up A grade. Soft ware better than anything else I've used.

Pros

Easy to use and helps my staff member to get from job to job as he doesn't read or write . I can also see where he has been after each job . Great scheduler as well .

Cons

Moving jobs on phone app to place in order is slow and could be improved . Cost a little more than other apps but you get what you pay for.

### "Great software for running my business "

I have been with sortscape for now over five years and it's the best investment that I've ever done for the business. I've saved so much time, money and gotten more jobs because of sortscape. Best part is everything I need to share with my staff member is on the sortscape app and he checks his app and it's there with a simple tick to-do list. Sortscape will save you money, time and give extra value to customers.

Pros

Makes my business and job so much easier and so much more organised. I can also clearly communicate to my staff but also my customers with text messages. I like the organizing jobs is so much easier it only takes me like maybe 30 minutes to sort through jobs and then text out all my customers for the next week's schedule. And the simple one button routing of jobs is the most best function and easiest. Also having the function of being able to add photos means we can use the before and after photos to be able to chase payments and prove that we have done work. Also from the office I can also follow along with the progression of my staff member with his job run.

Cons

I am really struggling to answer this question because theres nothing I don't like about Sortscape software.

Sortscape is the best decision I ever made for my business. It's so easy to use, I've been stuck a couple times needing assistance and they're so quick to be able to help. I doubt I'll ever change away from Sortscape! The price, the service, the capabilities are all 10/10

Pros

Sortscape is incredibly user friendly - even for someone who isn't tech savvy at all! It takes away the stress of scheduling and invoicing and makes it a seamless, easy, quick process

Cons

Honestly nothing - I went from using a paper diary and put off using sortscape for so long out of fear of it being difficult but it was so incredibly simple with so much support from the staff!

Pros

Sortscape has completely transformed our landscaping business in the best way possible. Scheduling projects is effortless, and the recurring transactions feature makes day-to-day operations incredibly smooth. Our crew members find it simple to access work orders and input project details—no training headaches or confusion. We've tested at least 3 to 5 other software platforms over the years, and nothing comes close to what Sortscape offers.

Cons

Honestly, it's hard to pinpoint anything I dislike about Sortscape because it’s been such a seamless and effective tool for our landscaping business.

10/10 I recommend it to all my colleagues and anyone who is just starting their own small business. I spent years doing invoices manually using other apps and it was a nightmare.

Pros

Everything! It has completely changed the way I do admin.. it's very affordable, easy to navigate and learn how to use the software. Makes invoicing a breeze.

Cons

That I didn't start using it sooner! It was my least favourite part of running my business, doing admin etc now it's so simple.

On the messaging side, SMS messages are charged based on length. A standard text message is ~160 characters, so longer messages can use more than one message credit. The message is still delivered normally to the client — it just consumes multiple credits due to how SMS pricing works. We keep the default templates short for this reason, and the app shows how many message credits a message will use before it’s sent. It's very easy to use. I love how you can click and drag jobs. Moving them from Unscheduled to Job Runs is very easy. I also love how seamless it goes from using it on the computer to your phone.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind. The app is very easy to use. I love it for scheduling, my bookkeeper loves it for billing, and my employees love it because it's easy to use.

The app is great and has help us move from paper to electronic recording easily. I would recommend the app to any small company looking for an easy routing solution.

Pros

The ease of use and monthly pricing is what I most like about SortScape. I have older foreman that I was concerned would not like going to digital but it was an easy transition from paper.

Cons

I would like the ability for the foreman to list the labor onsite. Currently it only allows for the employees using the app to be listed. Our labor does not have access to the app so there are times I have to ask or guess how many laborers that crew had on a certain day.

Regarding onsite labour, hours can be logged for anyone who exists in the system. You can add users without giving them app access, however they will still count toward your licensed user total. Some customers choose to only create accounts for foremen to reduce licensing costs, but the trade-off is that hours can’t be logged against staff who don’t have accounts. Absolutely fantastic software and such accessible, friendly and helpful developers who go above and beyond to help.

Pros

It has everything you need and if it doesn't, the developers are so open to exploring your ideas to improve it. We have grown from a solo operation with 20 clients to almost 300 clients with 2 crews and Sortscape has been great for every stage of this business. There is a great FB group with helpful tutorials and even one on one lessons to make sure you're getting the most out of all its features. The chatbox feature is also very useful and within minutes I was speaking to \[sensitive content hidden\] who answered my question, solved my issue and even went to the effort of making my life easier by importing the data for me. Would recommend Sortscape to anyone in the industry.

Cons

There are no cons - it's all brilliant. In our 2 years using it, they have added every single feature we have needed and more.

ive been using sorts cape for 6 years now and it stands out compare to other similar software on the market; it is immediate to use , clear, simple and it integrates with Xero so it makes scheduling ,management and invoice incredible fast

simple to use, immediate, clear ,nice graphic , easy to understand, efficient

Cons

I like everything about this software and I wouldn't change anything

### "Making paperless lawn care care so easy"

I have solved a headache of spreadsheets , this app has truly made my life so easy I can not even explain,I went from a spread sheet with 30 jobs I used to manually change dates every day, to a active customer base now of 3161 jobs I couldn't even imaging using a spread sheet for that many jobs.

Pros

Paper less can access the app anytime any where Can easily add and delete jobsCan easily set up recurring jobs weekly monthly etc.Invoices made easy

Cons

1 feature would be good if you could some how type in the invoice number and it raiser that job up, I personally add a invoice number to every job, some times I need to find that job I know I can search the address but sometimes I have been to this address 50 plus times as well, so If I could search invoice number as well.
