Amazing always can get support and help the videos and tips through ai support make it easy to figure things out if needed

Pros

Saves me heaps of time and is soo easy for all employees to use. Love the optimisation of the route . Invoicing integration with Xero

Cons

Price per user would be better than 5 or ten for example if I have 6 . Would be great if you can pay per user

### "You will not regret using sortscape for your business! "

Sortscape is the best decision I ever made for my business. It's so easy to use, I've been stuck a couple times needing assistance and they're so quick to be able to help. I doubt I'll ever change away from Sortscape! The price, the service, the capabilities are all 10/10

Pros

Sortscape is incredibly user friendly - even for someone who isn't tech savvy at all! It takes away the stress of scheduling and invoicing and makes it a seamless, easy, quick process

Cons

Honestly nothing - I went from using a paper diary and put off using sortscape for so long out of fear of it being difficult but it was so incredibly simple with so much support from the staff!

Customer service and ease of use... I gave up trying to do something in sortscape and it must have been within the hour I got an email asking if I needed any assistance to do it... You wont get that kind of assistance anywhere else!

Sortscape is a purpose built software platform/app with so many features for the lawn care/gardening industry. Very reasonably priced for what you get. I can't imagine running my business without Sortscape. A can imagine how beneficial it will be as my business grows.

Pros

Sortscape is easy to get started and has so much useful tools to help maintain and run a mowing business. Local (AUS) support is awesome with an intuitive Ai assistant. There's also a super helpful facebook user group that has some excellent contributors. Map view is excellent for job planning. Always adding new features, direct from user requests.

Cons

I'd like to see a better reporting dashboard. There was a small glitch with a page loading. This was swiftly rectified. There's so much more that I can use.

### "A Grade system"

Great the support staff when I was setting up A grade. Soft ware better than anything else I've used.

Pros

Easy to use and helps my staff member to get from job to job as he doesn't read or write . I can also see where he has been after each job . Great scheduler as well .

Cons

Moving jobs on phone app to place in order is slow and could be improved . Cost a little more than other apps but you get what you pay for.

### "Great software for running my business "

I have been with sortscape for now over five years and it's the best investment that I've ever done for the business. I've saved so much time, money and gotten more jobs because of sortscape. Best part is everything I need to share with my staff member is on the sortscape app and he checks his app and it's there with a simple tick to-do list. Sortscape will save you money, time and give extra value to customers.

Pros

Makes my business and job so much easier and so much more organised. I can also clearly communicate to my staff but also my customers with text messages. I like the organizing jobs is so much easier it only takes me like maybe 30 minutes to sort through jobs and then text out all my customers for the next week's schedule. And the simple one button routing of jobs is the most best function and easiest. Also having the function of being able to add photos means we can use the before and after photos to be able to chase payments and prove that we have done work. Also from the office I can also follow along with the progression of my staff member with his job run.

Cons

I am really struggling to answer this question because theres nothing I don't like about Sortscape software.

Pros

Sortscape has completely transformed our landscaping business in the best way possible. Scheduling projects is effortless, and the recurring transactions feature makes day-to-day operations incredibly smooth. Our crew members find it simple to access work orders and input project details—no training headaches or confusion. We've tested at least 3 to 5 other software platforms over the years, and nothing comes close to what Sortscape offers.

Cons

Honestly, it's hard to pinpoint anything I dislike about Sortscape because it’s been such a seamless and effective tool for our landscaping business.

Very positive over all! I will continue to utilize sortscape in future seasons. As long as people listen to my instructions, it is a very useful tool!

Pros

It keeps my business running smoothly and keeps jobs on track. Is is rather easy to get new employees up to speed, too!

Cons

Honestly, not much. One thing I wish it was capable of having different hourly rates for different clients.

10/10 I recommend it to all my colleagues and anyone who is just starting their own small business. I spent years doing invoices manually using other apps and it was a nightmare.

Pros

Everything! It has completely changed the way I do admin.. it's very affordable, easy to navigate and learn how to use the software. Makes invoicing a breeze.

Cons

That I didn't start using it sooner! It was my least favourite part of running my business, doing admin etc now it's so simple.

Great, love it! All of my staff have got the hang of it pretty quickly. The Facebook page is great because the sort scape team is open to our suggestions, and they answer questions quickly.

Pros

It's pretty simple and easy to use, connects with Xero well and is accessible on our phones. Love the texting feature too

Cons

Sometimes the app takes ages to open on my phone and I can't respond to text replies via the app on my phone

### "Gardeners best asset"

Excellent software. Perfect for my business. The software is bullet proof and very simple for all team members to use.

Pros

The team is very responsive to any changes we would like implemented, and the software is bullet proof!

Cons

I would like to schedule my jobs to a time line. Eg. First job 7am, second job 10am etc. This would help my team stay on track to get all jobs done in the day

### "Time & Sanity saver"

During the time I’ve used the product, which now is a little over two years, I think I’ve experienced only two or three outages, which each lasted for no more than five minutes. Knowing that I have that level of reliability and support, takes away the biggest stress in my day

Inability to add that a visit to a site just for a quote. Have to create it as a job. They are working on this from what I’ve heard

Overall good. The help chat is very good and if it can’t answer you then your enquiry goes through to a liver person. Most issues are sorted quickly.

Pros

It’s easy to use and get used to. Once you have spent some time learning the software, the app is quite intuitive. It’s easy to look back on previous visits and after a few adjustments, it has become an essential tool for both admin and gardeners on the road

Cons

There were some timing issues when we first started using the app. Also the crew naming can be a bit confusing at times

### "Sortscape is a valuable admin tool for gardening businesses"

It's the most useful admin tool we've purchased. It saves time, keeps better records. It costs a bit. If I was to downsize from my current outfit I might not be able to afford it

Pros

It's tailored to a gardening business Help is quick and individual needs are met It's easy to use both on laptop and phone

Cons

Not a like least it's a thought: I'd love to be able to link with an inventory of supplies which varies as I buy things for clients. At the moment we use OneNote to keep track of supplies, markup etc but I need to transfer info (this may be more of a Xero thing)

I almost left this year to another CRM, and did some research and realised I just hadn't discovered all the features on sortscape. I stayed.

Pros

Very functional scheduling, messaging, moving of jobs etc. It definitely feels like it's built for my work and understands it.

Cons

TBH nothing. I've had features I wished existed and have messaged the team and they've since been added.

### "Can't recommend enough!"

Pros

Been using Sortscape for a couple of years now and I couldn't imagine running the business without it. Never have to worry about forgetting to schedule a client in and definitely don't need the old school pen and paper diary anymore. Plus they connect to Xero making invoicing a lot faster! Honest can't recommend them enough, I even asked them to raise prices as they provide way more value than we are paying.

Cons

The only thing that would be nice is to have invoices go straight from Sortscape into Xero and sent out to customers. At the moment it goes to draft and then you need to approve and email. But they are working on this as they have told me. The other thing would be to add a note to each day and be able to drag it in between clients. For example if I have to pick up something from the mower shop, I could create a note, and drag that to be placed after the last job that closest to the mower shop.

Reason for choosing SortScape

Cheaper, simpler. Had everything I needed at a better price and didn't try to do too much. Other software was confusing.

We couldn't be more pleased that SortScape has become an indispensable part of your operations and that the integration with Xero has saved you time in creating invoices! We are constantly working on the invoicing flow to make it even more streamlined. In fact we are currently rolling out the ability to immediately send out invoices as soon as they're created in Xero. That should save you time from having to go into Xero and sending the invoices after they've been created...they'll just get sent automatically! Your idea for draggable daily notes is intriguing and certainly something we are wanting to add to future versions of SortScape so stay tuned!
