### "Why Uscreen Became Essential for Our Growth"

We moved to Uscreen after hitting a growth ceiling with our previous OTT provider, and honestly, it has been one of the best business decisions we’ve made. We are a media company focused on subscription-based, on-demand content, so stability, monetization tools, and user retention are critical for us. Our previous platform created serious limitations, especially with payment processing and technical reliability, which eventually caused us to lose thousands of subscribers due to failed transactions outside of our control. After researching the market extensively, Uscreen clearly stood out from the competition. The migration process was smooth and professionally handled from beginning to end. Their team was responsive, supportive, and adapted to our specific needs throughout the entire transition. What initially attracted us was the ability to fully control our payment processing through Stripe and PayPal, but once we started using the platform, we realized Uscreen offered much more than that. The analytics, automations, marketing tools, and subscription management system are excellent. Everything is built around helping creators and businesses maximize conversions and retain subscribers. One of our favorite features is the integrated community system. It feels like a combination of X (Twitter) and Discord built directly into the platform. Our audience became significantly more engaged after the migration, and it has helped increase loyalty and retention enormously. We also love the page and landing page builder. Competing platforms offered outdated templates with very limited customization, while Uscreen gives you modern, flexible tools that allow you to create professional pages and branding without needing advanced technical knowledge. Technically, the apps are extremely solid. Fast, lightweight, stable, and reliable. After years of dealing with bugs and technical frustrations on other platforms, this has made a huge difference for both our team and our subscribers. We still use YouTube for discoverability, but thanks to Uscreen we finally feel like we truly own our business, our audience, and our future.

We had a lot of problems with their payment processor because they use the same ID for all their customers, and banks were rejecting transactions because some of their customers had been reported for fraud. Their apps were slow, clunky, and full of bugs.

I've been using Uscreen since the end of last year, and I’m really happy with it. I recently moved my membership over to Uscreen, and it's been a great decision for both me and my members. Since I run a video membership, finding a platform that focuses on video and streaming was super important to me. Uscreen has been exactly what we needed. The video integration is smooth, and the platform is really easy to use, which makes my life a lot easier. One thing I absolutely love is having an app. It’s such a great experience for both me and my members. Plus, the ability to easily upsell different aspects of the membership based on what people are viewing or accessing is a huge bonus. I can already see this increasing our income as we continue to grow with our current customer base. But what I love most is what my members have been saying. They’ve been really positive about the new experience, saying it’s easy to find what they’re looking for and that the video quality is top-notch. The switch was smooth, and it’s clear they’re enjoying the upgrade. If you’re looking for a platform that gets how important video is, I’d definitely recommend Uscreen. It’s made a big difference for us.

Pros

The app is the best part! It creates such an amazing experience for me, my team, and my members. It makes it so much easier to connect with everyone, no matter if they have a phone, laptop, or tablet.

Cons

I wish the video description could be hidden from those who aren't members. It would also be amazing if we could upload different forms of content (i.e., text, multimedia, etc) to improve the learning experience. You can upload Resources; however, it isn't easy to update them, and members sometimes have a hard time accessing them.

It's been frustrating. Our company often feels like we signed on with a start up company and just have to grit our teeth through the growing pains. They do seem to be working on that growth, but not always in the areas we need to best serve our customer base.

Pros

It's pretty. It comes with an app. It's nice to be able to reach out to chat support rather than just emailing.

Cons

The community notifications are ridiculous. Let's say you get 50 new notifications and you go to respond to each one. You'll initially see all 50 have a red dot next to them, indicating that they haven't been opened or responded to. The second you click on ONE of them, ALL dots go away and you now get to keep track mentally of what you've responded to (or not), and hope you don't miss any. We have been requesting this feature for the entire two years we've been with uscreen. Seems like it's too difficult to implement.

I do wish there were more customization options for the website layout and the ability to integrate a blog directly within Uscreen’s backend instead of using a third-party solution.

It has been EXCELLENT from start to finish! We had an easy migration with a very helpful and knowledgeable team of migration specialists. After that, it was easy to organize our VOD content and host livestream events. Our members love the Community and Calendar features because it helps them connect with us and the community and stay on top of their fitness goals.

Pros

Our membership DOUBLED in 6 months! The platform is very user-friendly, includes great features to reduce churn and engage members, and has superior analytics. Monthly meetings with our Customer Success Manager keep us updated on new features and help us maximize our growth potential.

Cons

There are honestly no cons. Our company tried 3 different platforms before finding Uscreen, and they were nowhere near as good.

Solid - great customer support and a nice product overall! I haven't had any issues getting a hold of support if I need it and/or have a question.

Pros

That is very easy to navigate and looks professional. It reminds me a lot of Netflix with how it is setup.

Cons

You can't get the videos to loop or slow down. Sometimes the wifi or cell signal you have affects the quality of the video too.

Love it! I'm not that confident technically but it is all so easy to work my way around, the customer service, support and help area is so extensive that you simply can't go wrong. Highly recommend.

Pros

The customer service is excellent. The team is so helpful and genuinely engaged in making sure you get the most out of the system. They listen to feedback, are incredibly responsive to suggestions. I also love how easy it is to set up and get going, then add additional services as you develop.

Cons

Not really a con, but they are still working out some quirks with the app which do impact end user functionality. But not enough for me to even consider changing platforms!

I've moved my movement platform to Uscreen from Kajabi after experiencing how much it would improve the user experience of my members. The Uscreen team is dynamic and dedicated - updates are frequent and the community can submit feature requests freely. The way the sites and apps are build is well optimised for video content. From features like filters, playlists, livestream to well designed forum, I believe Usceen has really helped my business flourish. The customer support is also faster than in any other service I've used.

Pros

\- Fast support response times - In built apps for iOS and Android - Filtering and playlist system for videos - Community forum for my members - Clear admin system

Cons

\- No localised currencies - No paid trial option - Internal livestream software has been hit and miss so far - Minimal customisation options for in built marketing features

Overall I'm very happy w/ my uscreen experience. I transferred from creating my own site w/ a LOT of custom wordpress add ons to uscreen. It has been a solid product. They are always listening to their members and I feel very supported.

Pros

Product works well. It takes away all the tech work from building a membership site I can focus on my content. Customer support is top! It feels like a family and I feel very supported even if I know I'm not their biggest client. They are listening to their users and their community. They are always engaging with us. I am also able to connect w/ other like minded members.

Cons

Analytics in terms of where I got sign ups from (google, instagram etc) are hard to come by. Google Analytics integration could be more seamless and have someone to help us with making sure it was done right. Right now when I go live, the URL doesn't save and I have to create a completely different piece of content for the "recorded video"

### "Six Years Strong and Still Love It"

Very positive, especially their tech support.

Pros

We have the options we needs to tailor our user experience and sell what and how we want to. Their tech support is amazing, and the platform has been virtually glitch-free for us.

Cons

Disappointed when they ended Vimeo storage integration.

Reason for choosing Uscreen

They gave us more options in tailoring our video sales to our precise business model. We don't have to do subscriptions unless we want to, we can do both livestream and/or VOD. We can offer downloads or not, rentals and/or purchases. It's very flexible in so many ways, and we are particular about how we want to do things.

My overall experience is positive. I think it's a great website for companies to offer to their employees that acts as a training video platform. It's especially helpful for companies with multiple types/styles of training videos because Uscreen allows you to categorize them as needed as well as provides data for user engagement.

Pros

The ability to review usage. It is important data that enables our team to see who is actively watching videos and how engaging each video is. The ability to track user engagement allows us to determine what kind of videos our coworkers are viewing over others. That provides additional data on how we can improve our training videos are what are users are looking for.

Cons

The display of all the videos, it would be nice to go into a specific category and only see the videos available on full screen to effectively find what video you are looking for. I do not enjoy the scroll right feature and I believe that videos can be overlooked in this design, especially if you have a lot of videos.

Pros

Uscreen has completely changed my life & income. From struggling with my 1-1 coaching business to launching my subscription site and 5x my income within 3 months! Iv received full & ongoing support during set up and throughout the whole process of running my business! They are constantly adding new features & the team are very responsive if you need anything. Forever grateful and excited to reach more people with my online studio!

I didn't launch sooner! I would have liked the option to give other team members access to edit website or more administrable roles

So far its been excellent and the help I've received is top notch, its easy to use and I cant recommend it enough.

Pros

It is very easy to create a membership site with lots of great templates and easy to follow instructions. Also the Chat feature is way and above the best Ive used.

Cons

Adding Content is very timely. Also Writing Descriptions takes a very long time.

Uscreen is the end all be all for creators/entrepreneurs to monetize their content through amazing apps and overall experiences. We have been using Uscreen for several years now and they are always upgrading the backend and adding new features, our community loves the app and the content is delivered super clean. It's essentially our own version of netflix for our brand.

Cons

Still lacks certain features that could make it a beast!
