The ease of ordering, tracking lunch information, and financial data tracking is very helpful and has saved us time and money. Pros There is considerable diversity in what this program offers a school lunch program. We offer many options to our students, this is the only program we found to manage all of them. Cons Integration was simple, training and support materials are excellent. It is so easy to get up and running. You aren't just a number . Pros Our school has been using this system for 4 years. It does everything it says it does. Excellent price point, ease of use, saves time with NSLP program claims. Classroom teachers are able to preorder student lunches so this saves us money knowing the exact number of lunches to make. I highly recommend EZSCHOOL Cons I really do not have any cons. Saved us a ton of money on wasted meals. Pros We were looking for an easy to use product that did not take a long time to setup. It required very little training to the employees at the school and they gave us good documentation and support. The software being cloud-based allowed us to focus on other things at the school since EZ School Apps handled the updates and troubleshooting. The price being so low was another major factor in our decision to move forward with them. Cons Overall worked great, but if issue occurred support jumped right on it and fixed quickly. Those issues in the early years have been resolved and the product is very stable now. Reasons for choosing EZ School Apps They were the only ones who were doing preordering when we initially purchase but glad we did. The pricing was also a major reason we went with them. Pros This system has EVERYTHING. You can use it to track absences, lunches, students ids, classes, homerooms, assignments... Everything is in one simple to navigate place. Cons As with every system, there's always something that doesn't quite fit your use. It would be great to add more modularity - let the system link to other already existing programs.
