Comments: Pro's:
2 way MS Exchange and Google Calendar was important to us, as some of our users have one or the other and some have both. MS Exchange was more important for us though.

Contact histories allow us to log everything about a lead/customer contact, we also create follow up tasks from this section of the CRM too. Each history item is attached to a user too, so we know who touched who and when. This is great when on the phone to a contact, we can pull up their full timeline and make sure we make the most of the relationship over the phone.

Simple invoicing and quotes - we have an accountant in house, so they do all our books, etc, but it is nice to just be able to create an invoice through the CRM, pass that to our accountant and he does the rest.

Lead pipelines feature enables us to track our leads through several pipelines we create, we can then give those pipelines a value. This also enables us to see our stats when we convert a lead to a customer and see what part of our pipelines are holding things up.

Cons:
We would love to see built in calling from the CRM and having spoke to support, they have told us they are currently developing integration with Twilio for phone calling directly from the CRM.

This would be great for our sales team as all conversions would be logged and help us close more leads in the future.

Overall:
We have been using it since early test adopters were invited a few months ago and we love it. We just hope they keep developing it like they have done so far.

Comments: Its a good little system, I would suggest more so for small businesses than large enterprises (although I think that's their aim anyway)
Its new out so I'm still getting to grips with it and getting my business set up on it but so far I have no complaints, its really clean to look at so I can see everything clearly and its really simple to use.
I had one question about how the pipelines worked and so emailed them and they responded within 40 minutes which I was pleased with.
