The app is user-friendly and offers a simple way to see all of the vehicles I'm tracking. I'm able to see route history, access driver reports, set up geofences and speed alerts. Everything I need is all in one place. Pros Installation was simple and their customer service team is great and super helpful. Pros Easy to use, great support, durable products that are easy to install. I have used them for just over 4 years. Cons The Battery Mount GPS don't have good connectivity if hidden really well on a truck or trailer. Not much that can be done because the signal is blocked, but it is something I would like to see improved. The install was easy, and they came out on a Sunday to do it. We have a big screen TV in our office that shows where our vehicles are, and everyone has the opportunity to watch the system. Our main advantages are the maintenance reminders, and a huge reduction in idle time. Overall, the system paid for itself in the first month. Customer service has been very helpful, and they have representatives all over the US. We have only used their tech support department one time when we needed a tracker to report battery voltages also. Very happy with our purchase!
