Pros I am on a 3 year visa in the US, and wanted to keep my Canadian number during my time here. Tossable Digits has been a lifesaver. I didn’t even have to text / call all my friends to let them know I was switching my number, since I can just let them know when they try to contact my old number. An amazing service if you are traveling for extended periods. Cons Coming from Freedom mobile was a huge pain — but this is more of an issue with Freedom than Tossable Digits. Cons Had problems with text messaging and lost or never received some messages. Coming back to the States I had the same number and everybody was able to contact me when I moved back to the States. Cons I had some trouble with the call forwarding. I transferred two numbers, and was with them for two years. Eventually I no longer needed the service. Whenever I had an issue when I started, their support was always instantly available and took care of me immediately. Cons Can't delete old sms messages. I was working overseas and I needed information for many 2-step verification processes for many of my accounts. Because of the nature of traveling overseas and working, needing verification from my phone mms was key and hard to work around if I paid costly international phone plans just for the verification process. Pros The mms forwarding options of this software was a real life-saver. It is easy to navigate with clear directions. Customer service was quick to reply to my emails and I had a good overall experience with Tossable Digits. Cons In certain overseas countries, the mms forwarding could not be connected to my international phone number, but I could still check my messages online. Reason for choosing Tossable Digits The ability to check online without much complication, the pricing and the ease of use. The customer service was a delightful plus.
