However, some of us only use it on our mobiles and this part of it needs some work. Maybe a dedicated mobile app version would be a good option. When using a mobile, especially when trying to book a holiday. The calender is very small and fiddly to use. Most people give up on it. Allows you to communicate internally and with the candidates from one platform. It has really helped me to manage the candidates easily and categorize them accordingly base on the needs and the job profile. Cons Just to mention something, I don't like that every time you get a new candidate application the first thing you see is a popup for the application review. I dont find it useful. You can head over to the Job setting (gear icon in the top right corner on the candidate overview), click the “Application” stage and click the toggle next to your own name to disable yourself as a reviewer.
