However, some of us only use it on our mobiles and this part of it needs some work. Maybe a dedicated mobile app version would be a good option. Pros The information and the layout are well thought out. I like the one page style where i can see everything by simply scrollimg down the page. Cons It's not mobile friendly. When using a mobile, especially when trying to book a holiday. The calender is very small and fiddly to use. Most people give up on it. Really easy to post a vacancy, to adjust it/maintain. Plus really easy to see all the overview of the applicants in one site. Pros As hiring manager, Homerun really helped me to manage the whole interview process. Really easy and self explanatory. Allows you to communicate internally and with the candidates from one platform. It has really helped me to manage the candidates easily and categorize them accordingly base on the needs and the job profile. Cons Just to mention something, I don't like that every time you get a new candidate application the first thing you see is a popup for the application review. I dont find it useful. You can head over to the Job setting (gear icon in the top right corner on the candidate overview), click the “Application” stage and click the toggle next to your own name to disable yourself as a reviewer. It was user-friendly, quite easy to learn and we moved the recruitment processes there for now. Haven´t tested the employee management for now, but will look into it. Pros A nice, simple ATS tool that has everything we need for a small company at a reasonable price. We specifically liked its modern design and intuitive interface. The ability to customize the application page looks cool, too. Cons Some of the features inside the candidate´s card could be improved for better usability, but it is good that we can suggest features to support.
